Planning our first family holiday abroad and overwhelmed on all the luggage allowance & sizes of baggage etc we visited junction 32 / Castleford store. As soon as we met Gillian she was helpful & knowledgeable on the different airlines & their baggage sizes etc.
We chose our suitcases & she orders in the different colour we wanted. I still called the store several times double checking & both Gillian & Abbie gave amazing customer service.

Great luggage

Good big wheel but the four front wheels a bit too sensitive to go right left by itself and can cause accident when hit curb

It was an easy order process and quick delivery. The product was in excellent condition.

The suitcase arrived on time and very well packaged, hope it is as strong as it looks and takes the airport baggage handling with no problems. I like the 3 way locking system, hence this is the reason I purchased the suitcase for added security

Great service, beyond expectation

Handle comes off all the time fittings don't hold well

Two recent purchases from the Baggage Factory, one was a new Eagle Trolley, the other was a replacement bag for an existing trolley. The service and speed of delivery for both was very quick and the support from the sales teams was excellent

Dreadful aftersales customer service.
I have sent 3 emails asking for their help but had no response at all.
I have also given up trying to ring them on the number listed on their website as they simply don't answer no matter what day or time I have tried calling.
All I wanted to is to see if I could buy a replacement handle for the case as it got broken at the airport on second time of use.
I was not expecting them to send one for free but I now have a case that cost £130 that is unsuitable to use.
I did contact a store but they just told me to contact the head office and confirmed the email and phone number I had been using was correct.
I am not going to waste any more of my time with The Baggage Factory and won't buy anything from them again in future.

This item does not support weight but is an ideal shopping trolley. It was delivered in a few days and arrived in very good condition. Very pleased with service.

I bought a Fantana suitcase from Baggage factory seven years ago but did not use it until after COVID. On a domestic trip a wheel (spinner type) came off but without thinking much about it just pushed it back in. I forgot about this until we flew to holiday when the suitcase arrive on the arrivals carousel missing that wheel. Searching on the web I could not decide which of many types would actually fit my luggage. I left this until I realised the luggage was hardly used so I approached Baggage Factory headquarters by email with my problem. Hey presto! They found me one for this now obsolete piece of luggage and now I can go travelling!

Our cases were delivered in just 3 days. We had bought one previously so we knew what we were getting.
