Fantastic service all round.

So I ordered a coat off line and decided to get it delivered free to my local store, expecting it to be delivered quite quickly since whenever I do this type of delivery at other stores it arrives within 2-3 days. But no, it seemed to take about 8 days if I remember rightly.
So, when I realise I won't be able to collect it from the store when it arrives I go into the store with all possible forms of ID, proof of purchase etc and ask if my mother could pick it up with my permission (and anything else that may be needed eg my bank card), but I was told this wasn't possible.
Then, when my coat finally arrived I went into the shop to be greeted by two extremely grumpy looking staff. Asked for my coat, showed my forms of ID, waited ten minutes, they got the package, asked me to sign, so I did. After signing I stood there for a good three minutes tapping the pen loudly on the counter and saying "erm I've signed" until they finally stopped gossiping to attend to their customer. Then before finally giving me my package, another member of staff from before got me to show my photo ID and bank card AGAIN.
All of that and I didn't even like the coat.

Did not receive a text to say item was ready to be collected in store. Staff in the store were young, very rude and no customer service. Will not be ordering from bank again

Fast delivery good service

I ordered to delivery to store and was tops my items would arrive on a Wednesday, they did. It arrive until Saturday. When I was in store staff were slow, rude and more concerned with other things. Quality of the clothing I received was poor.

Needed to kit urgently for an event, system kept changing my delivery order, emailed them to find that they can't be asked to help, so instead beat around the bush until the date i need it, they go on to say I'm the one who selected that option

I ordered a dress online which was on offer by about 40%.
Dress arrived but it had clearly been worn due to creases and smelling heavily of perfume.
Sent it back to be told it was out of stock and would not be returning into stock.
I was then offered 10% discount on any other purchase!!
Very disappointed as the dress was really what i wanted, and even more disappointed by the mere 10% offer!!
Not really good enough Bank.

Bank fashion are by far the most diverse retailer on the high street, their range of male and female fashion is current and regularly changing. Pricing is reasonable and the sales are regular and plentiful, 100% recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, myself and my wife are regulars.

ordered a dress of BANKFASHION online, 2 b sent a dress with stains n catches all over, this product must hav clearly been noticed but still passed on.

From ordering to delivery service was quick and efficient! Would definitely recommend.

The website was easy to use, the service was quick and great, and the product is amassing.

I had paid extra for next day delivery, however received an email the following evening advising this would not happen and the postage will be refunded. as the tracking service was providing little assistance with regards to a delivery date I responded to the email asking for advice - all I was told is that the order could not be cancelled, despite no suggestion of this! The goods arrived faulty so had to be returned regardless. Next time I will purchase in store, if at all.

I opened the dress i bought in the sale and tried it on without realising there was a big hole in the back of the dress! However, there was none of the dress left so I just had to sow it up as best as I could and cover it was a blazer. However I won't be buying from bank again!

Sent item to wrong store and didn't realise until I asked to double check postcode!!

I love to shop at bank fashion , they bring out best of the best , very pleased with their service , but they deal with parcel force or royal mail , dpd sucks for international services

The product as described, good quality, fast delivery and brilliant service

I ordered an 8 and it came an 8 (as I had already brought the dress but had to send it back as had rip in I didn't try it on. On the day of my ENGAGEMENT Party I put it on and was too big!! Although it stated 8 on the tag the dress label was actually a 10!!! Very disappointed as it was for my party!!! I would have thought these things would be checked before sending it out!!
