Couldn't fault it! will be shopping there again!!!

I was so happy to find a great Int'l fashion site that charges good shipping fees. I don't think that any longer. My first purchase done a few weeks ago was 4.99 (UK) shipping to Australia. They have now jacked up the cost to 9.99, almost $20 Aust. Not fair when you only purchase one thing at a time. I'll stick to other sites like Free People who only charge $7.50 Aust which is equivalent to 4.20 (UK) Sorry you've lost my business.

I have ordered from Bank Fashion a few times now as it's so easy to browse the online shop. Delivery is always quick and within stated delivery times. I shop for my teenage daughter as the clothes and shoes are always on trend and at affordable prices. I love the convenience of shopping online and trust this website to deliver high quality goods. I am very impressed so far!

I ordered a number of items. One black and white dress arrived with dirt on the white parts and one of the dresses I ordered was not delivered and instead I received a mans addidas hoody. Not only could I not wear that dress for my event but also when I made the trip to million Keynes (an hour round trip away) the bank store would not take back the hoody as it was not on the delivery note (despite the fact I was being very honest returning the hoody as it was worth far more than the dress). I then had to wait over 30 mins on hold to bank customer service re this matter and got sent back to the Milton Keynes who then finally accepted it back. Not impressed.

Never had any problems, ordered stuff and it arrived.

Unfortunately, the dresses I ordered did not suit me but I was not allowed a refund in store as I was outside of the 14 day refund policy. This is my own fault as I assumed it was the standard 28 days but I was unable to get up to the shop to return the items before this date as my Grandma I terminally ill in hospital and it has been hard trying to see her with work. I explained this at the Merry Hill Store but was told that there is nothing they can do. Not even an exchange or gift card. I accept my fault in not checking the refund policy but feel that, under the circumstances, an exception could have been made.

Pain in the arse if an item is missing and was made to feel like it was my fault

The online offers are brilliant i ordered my coat instore the staff were useful. I was told 3-5 days delivery i ordered on wednesday morning and wasnt able to collect until the following thursday not the day after. Was disappointed by this

Website no issues in store customer service isn't there the staff are rude and unhelpful

I ordered 2 times from you only a few days apart. The first order arrived after 7 days but the second order still has not arrived after 25 days. I contacted you but the only way out would be refunding after sending and reposting a letter and there was no tracking no to see where the package has ended up.

Saw the shoes I liked on line. My son has mens size 12 feet so it is often difficult to find a cool, trendy shoe in his size.
The price was good. Did choose to pay a wee bit extra for next day delivery, which did arrive next day.
in person I was extremely pleased with the style , and quality of my purchase.

We shop instore with Bank and online. The clothing range is extensive and very up to date, same can be said for all the accessories especially bags. I would definitely recommend Bank clothing as they are excellent retailers and the delivery service if buying online is very quick.

bought some converse off the web site that were reduced...they shipped them into the shop without any cost to me...and emailed me and texted me when they had arrived....called into the store and the staff we bang on helpful...checked my receipt bagged my shoes and i was gone in 60 seconds....great transaction and great shoes and at the price a great bargain as well.....so can't fault them at all.....if you got the cash bank on Bank!

No communications about my order, received the same dispatch email twice in 4 days. When I tried to enquire about the status of my email via email I was told to wait 2 more days then after 2 days I enquired again I received no response at all. When I called the person told me to continue to wait as she didn't know how may deliveries the store my package was being delivered to received a week and couldn't help me.

Then I tweeted @bankfashionhelp after my order had not been received after over 12 days which I received a response asking for order details, then half an hour after this tweet, i receive an email saying I am being refunded, no explanation or apology. Absolutely disgusting service

I received my parcel to find one of the white garments I had ordered covered in orange makeup. I was actually disgusted so took the item to the Braehead store to complain and get my money back. The manager in that store is an asset to your company! Sorted out my refund and was so apologetic. My other items are great but I would suggest not sending out already worn items to online customers who are obviously expecting a new garment,

Ordered something in the sale which I fell in love with for my holiday. Payment was taken from my account straight away as usual but then no email confirmation followed. I waited a few more days but still nothing. 2 weeks went by, my package wasn't received either. Called the customer service team many times before getting any answers and was told there was nothing they could do and I'd just have to wait. Never got the item, had to fight to get my money back and was just disappointed with the whole experience.
