Excellent service

I decided to go with Boots hearing care as I am fed up with waiting for parts and appointments with the NHS. The test was good although a little strange in the little booth for the hearing test. I went with the top of the range Phonak aids as I had been wearing Phonak aids previously. I went back after a week and had to have a small tweak to the sound and then had a follow up appointment the following week. I was shown how to clean, charge and use the double tap function for answering calls etc. I was also shown features on the app that I didn’t know were there that the NHS hadn’t shown me. Really happy with my experience with Boots hearing care.

Chloe is an absolute star (and an excellent faint-handler!) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently popped into the Gillingham Boots Hearingcare branch to have my ears evicted of what felt like several pounds of wax. I was looked after by a lovely young lady named Chloe Stokes, and honestly, she deserves a medal.

Midway through the eviction process, my body decided to dramatically overreact, and I started to come over all faint. Instead of panicking or—worse—telling me to pull myself together, Chloe swung into emergency care mode. She immediately cranked up the aircon, fetched me a glass of water, and was incredibly patient. There was absolutely zero pressure to hurry up; she just waited until my soul had firmly re-entered my body before continuing.

To top off the five-star service, once my ears were successfully deforested, she offered me a free hearing test to give my freshly cleaned lugholes a proper spin.
I left the branch with a clean bill of health, significantly less wax, and a newfound appreciation for air conditioning. Chloe is a credit to Boots—professional, kind, and brilliant under pressure. Thank you so much!

Cosultations with Rashni Thanki

I have been seeing Rashni Thanki for just over a year at Boots Hearing Department in Leicester. She dispensed a pair of Phonak hearing aids that I am now using. She has advised me on how I can can get the most out of them & overcome some minor troubles I have experienced. This service has always been provided in a competent, professional & friendly manner. A consultation has always been something to look forward to.

I was nervous about having a hearing…

I was nervous about having a hearing test but Sam Edwards at Newport Boots put me at ease straight away.He diagnosed my necessary needs for Crossover aids, which he supplied.I now have perfect hearing again,and feel confident when socialising.

I thought after sales service was a thing of the past, but the staff at the hearing centre were fantastic, I had an ear infection and couldn’t finish my 3 month trial the staff were so so helpful amazing thank you.
