Amazing services🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Gordon has been seeing Roshin Thankin at Boots hearing services Leicester for over a year now. She originally helped him to get the right hearing aids to suit his needs, we had a few on going appointments because he was struggling with them due to his own needs but Roshin was amazing every time we seen her helping Gordon to adjust to life with the hearing aids. A year later he is doing really well. Having just had his yearly review and all is going well. Roshin is always very helpful, friendly and definitely goes above and beyond making Gordon feel very comfortable during his appointment. Always there at the end of an email, phone if we need any help or advice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellant service full hearing test not pushed into having a hearing aid. Everything explained fully even about cheap hearing aids online where they don’t test your hearing. Theservice was amazing and the advice was priceless. Sabah Afzal did a great job in testing and suggesting cost effective and efficient ways to enhance my hearing. She was very polite and helpful.

Lauren Fraser Quality Of Service

Lauren has always been extremely pleasant, conscientous and very helpful during my visits, for both hearing tests and fault diagnosis over the past few years.

Absolutly shocking phone service

Absolutly shocking phone service, ive been calling for over an hour and not one person has answered the phone. Its my birthday and i need the prescription as im unwell. I have better things to be doing than repeatdly ringing the number over and over!!

Very thorough.

The consultation lasted waaay longer than I thought it would and was very thorough indeed. The audiologist was very friendly and explained everything in great detail, answering any questions with full explanations.
Altogether, a (perhaps surprisingly!) very pleasant experience! Thoroughly recommend!
