The company has inexperienced workers and no resolution to issues processes. Last minute cancelations by Cheapoair air carriers has left me stranded and I paid for travel protection. There policies do not align with situations that affect peoples travel & monies that they pay for services that are not rendered. I want to escalate my issue and want a full refund.

Don’t book a flight with them if you will change your mind in 30 minutes! I requested a cancellation within 30 mins and they wanted to charge me a $75 fee. Ridiculous as other websites and airlines do not charge fees for cancellations within 24 hours.

CheapOair the worst booking company…
CheapOair the worst booking company ever. I've made a huge mistake when I bought tickets through this company with illegal charges on my credit card, after I booked my flight.
They definitely try to squeeze out every cent from you. They were able to charge me travel insurance, a cancellation fee, a penalty fee from the airline, a change fee, and managed to forfeit any remaining credit from the original cancellation without notifying us this would happen.
Basically were able to rack up hundreds in fees even though we purchased travel insurance.
Ridiculous company.
I wish this company just disappeared from market for ever. I'm gonna posted everywhere about this creepy and corrupted business. Believe me they're gonna be "famous" everywhere.

I paid extra money for flexibility…
I paid extra money for flexibility changes of booking.. when i tried to make my flight earlier they asked for 101 usd for the changes.. so why you take extra money if you don't apply such services and the auto answer keep telling nonsense of words with out giving any solutions.. same answer every time..

WORST booking experience
This was one of the WORST booking experiences I've ever had. I selected my travel date, confirmed it, and moved on to the next step. Somehow, the website changed my departure date on its own without me noticing. Instead of the date I originally chose, my ticket was issued for a completely different date.
I spent nearly two hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix a mistake that should have never happened in the first place. In the end, I was forced to pay over $300 just to exchange my ticket back to the date I had originally intended to book.
To make things even worse, my original non-stop flight was changed to a one-stop itinerary. Instead of a quick 2-hour direct flight, I ended up with a trip that took around +8 hours—and I had to pay even more money for it. Completely unacceptable.
This feels incredibly deceptive and unfair. I would never trust this company again, and I strongly recommend that others double-check everything even triple- check or, better yet, book somewhere else..

Ridiculous company.
And when you complain about the fees, they "talk to a manager" and suddenly the $200 fees are half what they said a minute ago.
I don't recommend you use them
