I paid extra money for flexibility…
I paid extra money for flexibility changes of booking.. when i tried to make my flight earlier they asked for 101 usd for the changes.. so why you take extra money if you don't apply such services and the auto answer keep telling nonsense of words with out giving any solutions.. same answer every time..

WORST booking experience
This was one of the WORST booking experiences I've ever had. I selected my travel date, confirmed it, and moved on to the next step. Somehow, the website changed my departure date on its own without me noticing. Instead of the date I originally chose, my ticket was issued for a completely different date.
I spent nearly two hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix a mistake that should have never happened in the first place. In the end, I was forced to pay over $300 just to exchange my ticket back to the date I had originally intended to book.
To make things even worse, my original non-stop flight was changed to a one-stop itinerary. Instead of a quick 2-hour direct flight, I ended up with a trip that took around +8 hours—and I had to pay even more money for it. Completely unacceptable.
This feels incredibly deceptive and unfair. I would never trust this company again, and I strongly recommend that others double-check everything even triple- check or, better yet, book somewhere else..

worst experience. Scam . it charged me extra and they manipulate the customer shows something and changes the things automatically, and person gets to know about it later on . so find another agency . THis is a fraud .

They definitely try to squeeze out every cent from you. I purchased travel insurance for my flight and then needed to cancel. They were able to charge me travel insurance, a cancellation fee, a penalty fee from the airline, a change fee, and managed to forfeit any remaining credit from the original cancellation without notifying us this would happen.
Basically were able to rack up hundreds in fees even though we purchased travel insurance.
Ridiculous company.
And when you complain about the fees, they "talk to a manager" and suddenly the $200 fees are half what they said a minute ago.
I don't recommend you use them

Never Book Through CheapOAir EVER
Never using Cheapoair again. Terrible service. Booked through them and charged me $200 extra for no reason. when I went to cancel and rebook, took a $100 fee from me. Now, they are looking to scam me out of another $20. Wish I had never considered them :(

Absolutely terrible company with some…
Absolutely terrible company with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The agents were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. To make matters even worse, the representative named Seymour hung up on me in the middle of the conversation instead of providing assistance.
If this is how CheapOair treats paying customers, it’s unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and book directly with the airline or through a company that actually values its customers. I will never use CheapOair again and would not recommend them to anyone.
