Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, we went into browse for new mattress and bought one, service was fantastic, was put on the dream machine which narrowed down the mattresses involved to try out. Becky the assistant was fantastic at her job, offered the choice of pillow that you would personally like to lie on the mattresses, Becky has a great way with the general public making you feel at ease and relaxed while throwing yourself about on mattresses, looked after you well, offering hot/cold drinks throughout the process. Both my partner and myself enjoyed the experience in Dreams bedding. Thank you Becky for the lovely experience within your store. Would definitely recommend this store in Paisley.

Excellent Delivery team
The delivery team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time, which already set a great tone. Friendly but professional, they made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed.
They didn’t just drop things off—they took the time to show me exactly how to use everything, from the bed to the television, making sure I was totally comfortable before they left. No rushed instructions, just patient and clear guidance.
What really impressed me was how tidy they were. They removed all the packaging and rubbish, and left my bedroom spotless—honestly, cleaner than it was before they arrived!
If you’re looking for a delivery team that goes above and beyond, this is the one. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Excellent service start to finish
Excellent service start to finish, sales team and delivery and assembly team went above and beyond. We bought a TV ottoman bed. Dealt with the manager and an additional sales assistant. Both were incredibly helpful in getting us the right bed and mattress at the best price. Bed was delivered and assembled. Love the new bed too.

My partner and was needing a new…
My partner and was needing a new mattress for our spare bed with friends coming to stay, besides the quality and the reasonable cost of a new mattress, the shop manager went out of his way to make sure we had the goods in time for our friends arriving.
All went swimmingly well, and for that we thank, oh, and the mattress is awsome, lots of feedback from our friends sleeping on it, thank you so much.
