Dreams Carlisle
We went to Dreams to purchase a new mattress and we tried out their Sleepmatch bed which recommends what type of mattress may suit you
The staff were extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable and helped is with our purchase which was one of the recommendations
We have had the mattress for a month now and we are very happy with our purchase and sleeping better as a result

Just been to dreams and bought a New…
Just been to dreams and bought a New Mattress !(did go to bensons for beds before this store and weren’t even acknowledged..there loss ) what a lovely welcome into store by Olivia she was an absolute dream (excuse the punt ) she introduced us to the bed that helps you choose the right mattress and from there were a selection of options that she kindly offered ,we were offered a lovely latte and a peaceful walk around the showroom with plenty of time and space to choose . No hard sell and lovely pillows to test out along the way . BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD !! Well done and Thankyou for helping to choose our new mattress .

We were offered clear and concise information on each bed we were interested in. The assistant had a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly approach. Kept upto date on delivery time
Kept upto date on delivery time. Had a call from driver saying he would be about 2 hours and then another to say he was stuck in traffic and would be around thirty minutes later. Never had such good communication before with ant other deliveries!

Visited dreams to purchase Orthopaedic mattress. Victoria was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure the best mattress was purchased for our needs without any pushy salesman ship. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful lady helped us choose the bed for our needs. We tried several beds before making our choice.
Delivery was straightforward and the two lads were helpful and friendly. Quickly assembled the bed and removed all packaging. Excellent service!

Not even spoken to by staff ignored for 15min
Spent 15mins in the shop looking to buy 2 mattress, 1 member of staff serving the other 2 didn't even come over and ask if we where OK so we walked out. Your loss you could have sold 2 mattresses
