Amazing service from two very polite young men who were very knowledgeable about all products on sale.
We were made very welcome and offered a hot drink,
we then were advised to try the sleep match machine which helped us decide which mattress to go for.After our purchases we came away feeling very satisfied indeed.

We were looking for a new mattress and this store had a very wide selection. We both have back problems so we need to be very careful in our choice.
Joe our assistant offer us a drink on arrival (coffee /tea). He was very knowledgeable, explaining the differences between the various mattresses and patiently answering all our question. He made as sure as possible we were able to replicate our sleeping habits, such as one of us without a pillow and side sleeping.
At no point did we feel pressured into making a snap decision. In fact we left the store to consider the options. Later having made up our minds called back to place an order.
The only downside the new computer system did not let him print off a quote. So he let us photograph a copy of the quote produced on the computer screen which had all the necessary details.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Very informative and no pressure to buy. Went in to look and ended up ordering a new mattress!! Can’t wait for it to arrive now!

Greeted and served straight away. Very knowledgeable qualification and understanding of customer needs. Good utilisation of physical sleep technology. went straight to the best 3 options for us, one of which was ideal & so we purchased with complete confidence.

We went into our local Dreams showroom in Exeter looking for a new mattress and received great customer service by the manager. We did the bed test where they measure which type of mattress would be suitable for optimum comfort. We were then shown a selection to try- no pressure at all to buy and but we did come away with a new mattress on order.

Excellent product and staff

We visited the Exeter store yesterday, we were served by Aaron who couldn’t have been more helpful. We explained our needs in buying a new mattress, we only tried two mattress. We were then left by ourselves to decide which suited us which then resulted in a purchase. Aaron was very knowledgeable about all the choices in store, we will certainly recommend Dreams.

I was very happy with the service in the store which was polite but never pushy.
I used the computerised bed to assess the type of mattress I needed, and I was guided to the most suitable within my price range and allowed time to make a decision.
Everything was explained and after an efficient delivery I have found the bed to be very comfortable with immediate improvement in my back and neck pain.
