Good customer care service and lovely furniture

Staff were excellent and helpful with everything Harry was they lad that served us and we were laughing from beginning to end the process was smooth and easy once we had finally decided on the right bed in the end ! Cant thank Harry enough service was excellent 10/10

Helpful staff member helped me with what I wanted quickly, effectively and efficiently.

Really enjoyable experience, staff we friendly but not over bearing. We had a quick look round and a chat and then popped next door to bensons beds to make sure we weren’t missing anything. We quickly returned to Dreams where the service and range were much better.

Lovely team very helpful

I felt comfortable from the word go . The gentleman who served me was calm Kevin and he was very helpful.

The whole experience was really professional & structured. The sales assistant Kevin was really helpful & listen when I explain what I was looking for & helped me through the process.

Excellent customer service from your staff

The Dreams sales person was patient and helpful. Giving me plenty of time to test out mattresses and ask questions. As I have disabilities this is essential for me and I found the assistant understanding and knowledegable.

The sales lady, Louise, was really helpful and knowledgeable. She took us through the process of choosing the correct type of mattress for my personal needs and then helped with narrowing down the wide choice. All round good solid helpful cheerful service. I can recommend.

Harry was extremely knowledgeable which made my decision making a lot more straightforward than if I had been left to my own devices, plus he makes very good tea!

Terrible experience the mattress was faulty and had to be sent back they then had to collect the mattress before they would refund on the faulty mattress which left us with our a mattress until we could purchase a new one and had to purchase a cheap mattress until we could choose a better mattress from Furniture village.

Delivery very prompt and in good time service in store was excellent and new mattress is great 😊
