Dreams - Gloucester Reviews 

I recommend all my friends to go to Dreams Gloucester if they need a bed/mattress/bedding. The staff are absolutely so knowledgeable especially Louise who I’ve seen a few times now.(I hope I have her name right). She isn’t at all pushy but gave me loads of information which allowed me to make the right choice without feeling under pressure. The mattress and pillow are just perfect . The mattress arrived on time with no bother or hold ups. The easiest purchase and delivery ever. Thank you

We bought a TV bed. The electrics in the bed failed in the first 30 minutes of use. I'm an electrician so using my socket tester, I tested the socket in the bed and there is a neutral fault. Reported the fault the next day and we're still waiting for a remedy, just being passed onto other departments. I bought the bed from Dreams, it's up to them to fix it. Just feel like loading it up in my trailer and taking it back to the Gloucester store we ordered it from for a refund. Really poor service, No one we are in touch with wants to take ownership of the fault.

The perfect sales pitch, staff gave just the right amount of information without being pushy or overbearing. Bed is quality product and reasonably priced for quality, compared to other bed shops.

From the moment we sat down the service was excellent. All the way through to the delivery of the beds (we have had 3 recently) and the men who came and put them together.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. The staff member gave us an enormous amount of useful helpful information.

Purchased a Wilson Single Ottoman bed & mattress from Gloucester store, the salesperson seemed very knowledgeable and friendly without being too pushy. The delivery information was clear and the delivery team kept me up to date ringing me just before to give me a more precise time. The delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. The bed took around an hour to build and the instructions were ok. The bed looks good and the mattress feels comfortable. My only gripe about the bed is the storage, I was expecting a solid base for the storage under the bed, however what I got was a piece of material which was velcroed to the bottom of the bed, no other fastenings at all so although the storage space is quite large its unlikely to hold any weight without the material detaching itself from the bottom of the bed and the storage items will effectively be sat on the floor. I feel this should have been made clear at the time of purchase as a large part of buying an ottoman bed is the storage. It is supposed to hold upto 45kg but this is unlikely to be correct.

Spent nearly £6000 on a bed and mattress, waiting 6 weeks for delivery. Delivered with two headboards and no sides or feet. That went back and had to wait another three weeks and it was delivered with the same items missing and two headboards!
Store staff great, no complaints about how friendly and the manager has been a great support but some really incompetent people picking these orders and for the same issue twice. It was blames on the manufacture but the delivery drivers knew without unpacking it was incorrect. Surly they would learn from the first mistake! Been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 3 weeks. Full refund requested

I was contacted and a loan bed had been provided but still have a 9-12 week wait on original order and it’s already been 9 weeks. They are helpful to try and resolve

An excellent experience at the Gloucester branch from start to finish. We were looking to purchase a new mattress and were very impressed by the help and advice given to us by Jack. The computerised analysis was amazing and we were shown a wide price range of suitable mattresses. After ordering the delivery experience was also excellent and we paid for our old mattress to be taken away too.
