Not good customer service
When we initially purchased our mattress at a cost £1200 we were really pleased with the service we received. We only had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery and everything went smoothly we were impressed with the whole process . We had extra protection for the mattress with extra warranty
Unfortunately this service did not continue when we had to call on the warranty guarantee. The promise made in the warranty
was not honoured and they tried to wriggle out of taking any action even though our complaint met the criteria for action. We have now written 3 times via email but are not getting any replies from the company .we are extremely disappointed and feel like we have been let down and even mis sold this product . It seems most likely that we will have to keep this saggy mattress that after 2 and a half years is not fit for purpose as the company has dismissed their responsibility and no one seems to be accountable so we feel that other customers should be advised to be cautious when dealing with this company.ALL in all the after care service is extremely poor to non existent and furthermore the company don’t care ……so BEWARE and forewarned .

A new single bed
I was welcomed as I entered the store, & my requirements were dealt with professionally.
I was shown the beds & matresses suitable for me, & allowed time to make my choices.
I would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone looking to purchase a new bed.

Excellent bed, positive experience
Everything about my experience with Dreams has been first rate. My initial ‘recce’ at the store was informative and straightforward. The wait time before delivery was reasonable (2 weeks). The delivery and assembly of the bed was a friendly and pleasant experience. But most of all, we love the bed and are sleeping more soundly in it than we have slept for years.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped into the store
From the moment we stepped into the store, we had a fantastic experience. Rosie was absolutely brilliant—she made us feel completely at ease and answered every question with expertise. We particularly appreciated that she wasn't 'salesy' or pushy; instead, she gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. We were so impressed with Rosie’s approach that we were determined to return and purchase specifically from her. We cannot recommend Rosie and the Dreams Leamington Spa team highly enough.

Excellent service from Dreams
Excellent service from Dreams recently! Purchased a new bed for my daughter from Leamington Spa store, Wendy was really helpful and found us the perfect bed and mattress. The delivery date was set, they called and arrived on time as arranged. The bed was set up and we were given relevant advice, they took all the packaging and old mattress away, very efficient all round. The bed is wonderful, my daughter loves it! All round excellent service, thank you!

Great service from the start. Pleasant sales person in my local branch of Dreams. Perfect communication from order to delivery. Friendly delivery men who put the bed together in no time at all. They respected our home & wore protective shoe coverings, that impressed me.

Can't fault Dreams
Can't fault Dreams , from using their special bed in-store to work out which mattress we were best suited to through ordering and delivery and the building of the bed itself, everything went smoothly with helpful staff all the way.
