The sales assistant, Katie was a real joy and very knowledgeable about the products in store. She was Friendly and not at all pushy. She was also very patient.

The store was well laid out and nicely lit. And there was plenty of choice.

We went to dreams to look at mattresses and found the store incredibly welcoming, the Sales people extremely knowledgeable and kind and accommodating, especially as I was in a wheelchair. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to people wanting to buy either a bed, or a mattress, et cetera.

I recently purchased the Ergomotion Elite Adjustable Platform Bed Frame along with the Sealy Posturepedic Elevate Merivale Combination Mattress, and the entire experience at Dreams was outstanding.

My main sales person, Helen, was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through every detail with patience and genuine care. She helped me understand all the features and made sure I chose the right setup for my needs.

I also want to give special recognition to Andy. Even though he wasn’t handling the sale directly, he went above and beyond every single time I had a question. His willingness to help, explain, and offer extra insight truly impressed me.

Both Helen and Andy delivered exceptional customer service, and thanks to them I feel fully confident in my purchase.

Brilliant experience with Andy at Leeds Crown Point Store on 7 September! He took us trough the Sleepmatch experience and then allowed us plenty of breathing room whilst we tried out different mattresses to find our perfect match!

Just had our mattress delivered (12 September) which was much quicker than we initially expected! Joseph/Lewis from the delivery team went above and beyond for us - can't thank them enough for their help (and strength!)

Staff allowed me time to browse, then approached, once I explained what I wanted I was shown two beds. Then I was invited to the Dream Station, which confirmed my choices. The delivery guys were fantastic, very friendly, mindfull of my property and very efficient.
