Great customer service in store…
Great customer service in store (Middlebrook Bolton). Helpful adviser. We had an impatient 2 year old and we managed to get things sorted swiftly. Delivery options were good and communication prior to delivery was spot on. Mattress is good so far!

This is a lovely, most friendly and helpful company that you are likely to deal with in a long time.........a bed is a long term investment and is a must "get right" event!
We needed an excellent comfy new mattress for our holiday home which we spend most of our summer's in.
The website, the guidance and the descriptions are perfect and following a look at it, you can just call them on the phone for a chat to discuss, or visit if you are on the retail site etc all with no sales pressure whatsoever...you can see the units and make a choice! then even if you did get it "wrong" as a choice for you, you can, with no obligations, change it!
Also they removed our old mattress and moved the new one to our bedroom directly on site without lifting a finger!.....We don't normally give excellent reviews....but just couldn't help in this case...because they were excellent!....delivered on time as promised, polite and followed up.....just an experience we wish other companies could duplicate....oh and by the way our bed is excellent.....and still excellent quite a few weeks after delivery!!

Excellent advice about the choice of a mattress and headboards
Excellent advice about the choice of a new mattress, with the opportunity to try several, including a computerised mattress that indicated which mattress would be suitable in terms of firmness and comfort. Also extremely good range of headboards from which to make a choice. A very good 'deal' with free pillows and a free mattress cover. Delighted with the high-quality mattress for a double bed and with the headboards for a double bed and a single bed. A highly recommended company.

Great bed, comfortable and very sturdy
Really helpful staff at the store who gave me time to think about what I was buying The bed was delivered on time by the friendly delivery team. I put it together myself which is straightforward as the instructions are very clear.
The bed looks great and the under bed storage is very easy to access with the hydraulic lift system.

We went to dreams looking for an ottoman bed for our spare room.The guy that looked after us was very helpful and we were sorted in half hour with the bed,mattress and payment.We booked a delivery date and were informed when the bed was on the way by the drivers.The service was great

After an initial issue with our order, Dreams was very prompt in their response and resolution, great customer service. The team members who delivered and built the beds were amazing too, a credit to Dreams.

Worth the expense
My dad always said to never cheap-out on a bed or shoes; if you’re not in one, you’re in the other. It’s a great bed, well made and comfy. Quick delivery too and put together in a flash.
