Helpful staff ordered what I wanted and delivered quickly

Date we went in was Thursday 29th of May an when we went in to Dreams in Solihull the member of the team Lauren was very helpful she listened to what we had to say and but us in the wright direction for the wright bed for us.so it's thanks to her we now have a better night's sleep.

The guys who delivered the bed were first class and `I need not have worried about preparing the old bed so rigidly to take away, as they told me in the shop. At 90 I had a job to put the plastic cover given to me in the shop on the bed and fold the base in half and get rope to tie it with and had too travel quite a distance to the shops to get some, non of whom had rope.
The guys who collected it said they would have done all that. The shop even gave me the number of an odd job man whom would have charged me £30.00 to do the job - that was on top of what I paid for taking the old bed away. The shop should get their act together. Also I could not understand the bill. Everything needs to be written in full not in abbreviation. You know what it says but the customer doesn’t. I couldnt see where it says they would take the bed away. I had to ring to see if this was the case then they said. Yes its down there and charged for.

We went into the Dreams Solihull showroom to look at the beds as we were looking to purchase one. The store is very well laid out with lots of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions without giving us the hard sell. I returned to the store the next day to purchase a bed, headboard and mattress. The Manager was more than helpful and gave me the deal of a lifetime. I had looked for the items online and had a good idea of the cost however the Manager gave me a better price in store. He then handed me over to a sales assistant to complete my purchase. He was so helpful and organised the sale and delivery of my items very efficiently. He also gave me a mattress protector and 4 Silentnight pillows at no extra cost. I was extremely happy with the service i received and would definitely recommend this store. I couldn't be happier with my purchases as they are very good quality and very comfortable.

The helpfull staff at the shop and the efficient good men who came delivered bed and assembled bed I was pleased with everything they did and they was very polite

Unable to provide instruction manual on a bed that cost an arm and a leg. We’re moving house and now need to figure out how to dismantle without breaking it. If you discontinue a bed, at least keep a digital copy of the manual. It’s only been 4 years since we got it! “We’re so sorry for the inconvenience” doesn’t help at all!

Good buying experience with assistance from a very helpful assistant

Whole experience was brilliant. Chetan the salesman who looked after my request was excellent. I am looking forward to receiving my new mattress in a few days time.

Excellent from the superb service in the shop to help us choose a bed to the delivery and set up of the bed. Everything handled brilliantly, speedily and professionally and I have to say it is the most comfortable bed we've had.
