Poor level of communication.. 3 times had to call to arrange for work to be completed. Stayed in 2 full days waiting for someone.. no call, no cancellation, nobody turned up. Asked for manager to call me… still waiting. Would not recommend.

We had a bad blockage due to badly designed pipework that a local plumber failed to shift. Lucas from Dynorod had to pay two visits, coming back with different equipment, and it was really tricky but he persevered and shifted it eventually. Great service and no extra charge for the second visit.

Excellent service. Engineers were very thorough and clear in identifying the issue and solution and putting it right. Needed to wait for a part, I was kept up to date on progress and given a date to fix very quickly. Staff who co-ordinated everything behind the scenes were brilliant too. Thank you

Friendly prompt service. Arrived as expected after the promised call. Pricing is transparent and fair in comparison to other quotes. Work carried out quickly and effectively with a smile. Clear explanation of plan and costs, no pressure to accept. Great tidy up afterwards including precautionary disinfection. We paid the min cost which was relatively high for time spent but would have covered a much more complex situation had we needed it. Took time to explain our system and how to manage it ourselves. The engineer was a credit to his company. In this market, good value.

The service engineer, Anthony, was totally professional and personable and ensured he could collect the right parts and complete the job without any delays. Thank you very much to him.

Had a flood in the kitchen from the toilet on the floor above. Arranged an urgent call out and Scot was here within four hours. He made a thorough inspection of the toilet and replaced all faulty parts. I am really amazed at the fantastic service I have received from Dyno-Rod/British Gas and without doubt can thoroughly recommend them.

Had a leak from the water tank in the loft. Nick Bowen came out the same calling us 45 mins before he arrived. He quickly located the problem and made sure was safe including the electrics. He even gave me lots of tips on how prevent this happening in the future. Nick was very polite and courteous and kept everything clean, wearing shoe covers. A real credit to your organisation and thank you for your quick assistance.

Kieran arrived on time and set about replacing the leaking radiator. He carried out the job with no fuss and completed it quickly. Any mess made was tidied up and removed. Great job.

On time . Nice friendly chaps who just got on with it

The team that come and do the job are great but let down by the admin team which is disorganised. They can't send the correct equipment to do the job even though they were here previously and have all the details and reports so they had to come out twice and charge twice. Engineers were great.

I called Dyno rod as my tenants drains were overflowing. They arrived very quickly and established that the problem lay with Wessex water. I really appreciate his honesty as he didn’t charge a call out fee. I believe his name was Chris, the job was in Poole. Thank you!
