Since Temu have changed from CTT to eco scooting the delivery time is disgusting things I ordered for my holiday just one example will have to be returned when I enquired about parcel it is apparently stagnant in a warehouse ?????????????

I didn’t receive my package whatsoever! I had 3 notices in the app saying I missed the delivery, yet I was at home all the time and didn’t see anybody nor received any call or similar. I even called and they said I was going to have a new delivery try.
This was two days ago. Just now I received an email saying my package was delivered (???)
This was my first bad delivery experience…

What a desgrace !!!SCAM! UR PARCEL will never get delivered. Called 8x with instructions...they tell that they will call u 20 minutes before, and they dont call u...and then say u werent at home. And u will never get ur package!!!!

They says it was delivered at reception but there is no reception in my building even the delivery guy didn't provide and picture as a proof or any phone call made by the delivery guy to me even i asked my neighbor on my floor did they receive anything they said they receive nothing such a poor service lost my money my products its like a stealing the products

In all honesty, if your order is ever assigned to this delivery company, just prepare yourself for a stressful and frustrating experience. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and repeated failed delivery attempts are honestly unbelievable.
I contacted customer support multiple times — at least 3 to 4 times — spoke to several different agents, requested repeatedly for the courier to call me, provided my phone number every single time, begged, pleaded, and waited patiently. Yet on every occasion, they still updated the tracking saying I was “not at home,” which was completely false.
On the last three delivery attempts, I literally stayed by my door all day, constantly checking outside and refreshing the tracking page, waiting for the courier or even a phone call. No one came. No one called. Yet somehow the delivery status would still claim I was unavailable.
This has been one of the most nerve-wracking, irritating, and exhausting delivery experiences I’ve ever had. And after searching online, I can see that several other people have experienced the exact same thing. Honestly, I genuinely do not understand how this company is still operating.
All customer support does is send copy-and-paste apologies with no actual improvement or solution. I have ordered from many companies and had deliveries from many couriers before, and I have never experienced anything this bad. I confirmed my address, confirmed my phone number, and asked every customer service agent to make sure the courier contacted me, but still nothing happened.
Without a doubt, this has been the worst delivery company experience I have ever had. If your order ever gets assigned to them, be prepared for delays, frustration, and wasted time.

Parcel delivered to the wrong address! Followed up with customer service who asked me to talk to my neighbours or the sales platform that sent the item. Not super helpful as that put me in a doom loop as the seller said talk to the courier. Luckily the owner of the house 1/2km away, who I didn’t know, kindly brought me the mid-delivered item and all was well. Never had a problem before this: the driver was obviously having a bad day. Bit disappointed about the customer response…

Absolutely scandalous service. This is already the second package they marked as “delivered” even though I never received anything. At this point I honestly don’t understand how this company is still operating.
Customer support is completely useless and incredibly incompetent. The operators seem more lost than the packages themselves. No real help, no accountability, no solutions — just copy-paste answers and endless frustration.
I would never recommend EcoScooting to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away.
