Failed to deliver my parcel + lied
Failed to deliver my parcel, it started off by saying my address was invalid and I contacted support to understand why, I gave them my valid address I use everywhere, a few days later it failed delivery because it was "invalid", contacted them one more time, they told me they were gonna deliver it to a pickup point! They did not, instead the next day they sent it back to origin, I'm now messaging back and forth with my seller because of the incompetence of this carrier. Avoid at all costs

Ecoscooting had my Temu parcel for 6…
Ecoscooting had my Temu parcel for 6 days in a depot within 30 minutes of the delivery address. On contacting their Customer Service, I was asked for my “patience and understanding while they were processing my parcel”. After complaining that it was not delivered on time, Ecoscooting returned my parcel to Temu stating failed delivery attempts. My delivery destination was a Post Office that is exactly shown on Google Maps. No previous courier has failed to find it. I have asked for Ecoscootings complaints book but my request has been ignored. Despicable service

The delivery girl left the package…
The delivery girl left the package there in the middle after saying she had rung the doorbells, even though neither of those two doors is mine. She seemed to be in a big hurry and left the package right there, and when I went to pick it up, it was gone—someone had taken it. She didn’t make sure in any way that I received it, and in the end I didn’t get my package. Someone else must have it instead of me.

Poorest performance ever
A sharp decline in delivery performance. Agents didn't show up, instead reported failed attempts "out of business hours" (probably running out of time) and after two fake attempts returned the shipment to seller. Contacting customer support didn't change anything. On first contact you get emphatic messages promising maximum help. Nothing happens. Next day you learn that two attempts have been made (sic!) and that's it. Company rules for id further attempts.

Quite horrible
Quite horrible. I edited my address 3 times (it was correct the first time) and added information like next to the store X and such and still they failed to deliver, after 2 tries I called them again and they said sorry but the address was wrong, and I explained again where it was and that the address was correct. Ecoscooting then said they would be trying again and I would recieve the package in 7 weekdays. After I hung up I recieved an email saying that they were going to return the item to the sender.

Very poor experience with them
Very poor experience with them. Got notified of 3 delivery attempts which could not be the case as I was at the house at the times they said it was tried. No telephone call either to alert me of delivery.The item has been returned to origin now so a long wait again 😡
