Unacceptable fee to leave even for long-term clients

Was a client for well over 10 years. Prices have risen considerably and features has not been improved to the point where the service is quite lacking relative to other options. Requested PIN to port out my number and was informed there is a $40 "administration fee" for this service. Customer service was unwilling to waive this fee. Ridiculous. Also, they don't have web chat so you have to wait on hold to speak with agents who sound like they are either stoned or half-asleep.

We offer online chat between the hours of 8 am to 10:30 pm EST Monday through Friday. Pre Sign up Failure

I had began signing up for them however I stopped when I decided to look at the reviews. They then emailed me offering a 14 day trial I told them I would love to take the trial however checking many of the reviews thier customer service are very choppy and have no support whatsoever and They Service is only good when working.

They then didn’t contact me back😂😂 what does that tell you

We've been in business for 25 years and pride ourselves on personalized support via phone, chat, and email. This is uncommon compared to most of our competitors who have foregone phone support altogether. Our team members are permitted to take all the time needed with a customer to ensure their issues are addressed and they feel confident using our service. Over the years, due to regulatory changes contact volumes have spiked but these are short-term high-volume periods, that may be reflected in some online reviews.

It's important to note that online reviews are not a complete reflection of how all customers would rate our service. We hope you reconsider our service and learn first-hand how our support teams treat customers. Give us a call, chat with us, or drop us an email as we are always happy to help.

Dropped calls

This has been an ongoing issue since I started with eVoice and then got better only to get way worse when the new app came out. Calls drop constantly and it has nothing to do with location because the internet in the home is the fastest and the phone runs on Verizon network with full bars and 5G. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, nothing fixes it. Small business and with eVoice for 8 years.

They reached out to me today to try and resolve the problem.

The worst VOIP phone system ever

The worst VOIP phone system ever. We have had nothing but problems with this service. We have had to shut down our agency for hours at a time because of the issues. When you do get them on the phone, they cannot solve your problem! Extremely inefficient and troublesome. Difficult to use and if I could give it a zero I would.

Ongoing System Issues and Dashboard Malfunction

Hello,

I need to express my serious frustration with the eVoice system and dashboard.

The dashboard is extremely confusing and poorly designed. It is unclear what should be done, how it should be done, and why certain settings behave the way they do. I am no longer able to edit greeting messages that I previously created in text format. When I attempt to update them, the system gives errors such as “already changed” or “previously recorded,” preventing any modification.

This is not acceptable.

I have been paying approximately $60 USD per month for nearly three years, yet I am unable to properly manage basic functions such as deleting old greetings, creating new greetings, or adding new numbers. Meanwhile, incoming calls still play an outdated “we are currently closed” message, which I have repeatedly tried to change without success.

Additionally, when I receive calls from your support team, it is often unclear why I am being contacted or what the purpose of the call is. All of my information is already in your system.

At this point, I expect the system to be corrected. I am paying for a functional and manageable service, not a confusing and restrictive platform.

Please resolve these issues immediately.
