Im into my second week using/eating with the factor meals and so far the website to choose meals and to see up coming shipments has been very easy to use.

I never intended to get this service. Please stop it. Cancel me.

I went on your website since you sent an email and you PROCESSED AN ORDER I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. ! Thats crap. And I want a refund !!!!!

my delivery instructions constantly are not followed causing damage to the food containers. The box is left in the wrong location causing it to be in the sun. The ice melts and messes up the paper like wrapping on each meal. I have been complaining about this but nothing is done. The vast majority of the food has been good though.

Box was a day late even though the tracking said it was half hour away on Monday at 11:38. Received it on Tuesday later in day. Ice packs had started to melt so food container wrap was soggy. I also did a review to UPS. This is the second time this has happened.

Tried to send me food I won’t eat and wouldn’t change the order after their app picked it for me. 3 days before shipment.

3 weeks and that’s me done. Food is mediocre to poor. I’d rate it up there with hospital cafeteria food. Out of 18 meals, one or two were almost memorable. Almost. The rest were well…..I’ll just say they filled an empty spot.

Delivers on time. Pretty tasty. Easy for me to provide good food to my family.

If I forget to order, you send mostly standard/plainer chicken meals instead of some others we’ve tried. Also, too many meals with green beans, not enough vege variety.

I believe the prices are fair, the food is good, and no need to cook.

I love the food your company offers. I haven't had a fail yet even though I've only been doing it for about a month. That has not been the case with other food delivery companies I've tried. The deliveries have all been smooth. The size is adequate although I do add a bit more vegetables to the meals on my own.

It’s nice to know I don’t have to think about what to have for dinner.

Food was satisfactory. Too many gravies and too many Brussel sprouts. It would be nice to have some plainer chicken and meat dishes.
