I ordered s bling collar for my dog which arrived well packed & in a quick time, 1 week!! I realized he sent me 2 of the same collar & emailed him to say he made a mistake & sent 2! I felt bad for their mistake & wanted to know how I could return the one I didn't pay for! They were so awesome about my honesty they told me to just keep it!! THANKYOU, I guess it pays to be honest! These kennel products are more expensive than others, but excellent quality and fit. The aesthetic works in your home and you don't feel you have a big dog kennel sitting in your room. Shipped on time and packages well.

The day we received bag my Bambi climbed in and slept for 2 hours.(with her blanket of course) The bag is beautiful and we are looking forward to our 1st flight with it.

I am so happy with the purchase I made at Felix Chien. I ordered the crate set and was very impressed when I received it. It is good quality fabric and the color and print are wonderful. Since we keep our puppy's crate in the bedroom I like that it is now more of a decorative part of the room. The shipping was also much faster than I would have anticipated. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

These are spendy but really beautiful well made crate covers. I like how they have been made with a little slack in them to allow for any shrinkage in washing and drying if that is ever needed. Choices of fabrics are great. The fabric is thick which will keep the dog feeling snug and warm.
