Mary, is incredible in handling problems and the follow through was amazing!
I had a problem with my dog carrier and the service at "Trust Pilot" was fantastic. They made sure I was taken care of and the concern that Mary showed me was that I was to be totally satisfied. In today's fast moving world it was a pleasure dealing with people who sincerely care and make sure you are a happy customer. If I have a problem with a product again, I hope I am using "Trust Pilot" to resolve the issue.
