Product was supposed to be delivered with a working day of confirmation of order that was on the 12th Oct 2013. Product arrived on the 9th Nov 2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to chase the order myself after 3 weeks of the product was ordered and asked for some form of compensation which was not offered.

I bought the Taeberry Short Black wellies and I'm really pleased with them, they're light and waterproof and fit very well

Whole experience easy with great choice I chose a lovely fibre optic tree ordered thurs pm with me mon pm and kept informed throughout

I ended up calling Garden XL as website wouldnt accept credit card, having tried several times. Of course I shouldve done that in the first place as so much nicer to talk to a friendly, very helpful sales person. Couldnt have been easier and all very efficient, the goods arrived the next working day, thank you.

The Order arrived very quickly but is still in it's box so cannot comment on the product as yet but is well packaged.

I had reservations about ordering from here as the feedback from customers was a little worrying a lot of people were saying that the stock levels were low and having to receive their money back due to items being out of stock so I E,Mailed them with my worries, I received a prompt reply understanding my concern and said that they had problems earlier on but the stock situation is now resolved, I ordered on the tuesday and was delivered as promised on the thursday of the same week. The item is good quality at a fantastic price, well recommended thank you.
