Has done a Fantastic service! He treated the mould on my window and door and did a brilliant job. He was very friendly, professional and took great care with everything. He even waited an extra 10 minutes for me when I was delayed getting to the door, which I really appreciated.
I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend his service. 5-star service!

Jamesy was fantastic, he arrived nice and early at 9am and didn't leave till 6.30pm. He did a wonderful job on replacing our fence panels and built a new gate from scratch. The repair to the wall couldn't be done as was a bigger job than expected, Jamesy said if he tried to take the bricks out to replace tgem the wall was likely to fall down so would be best to book it in for a rebuild rather than a repair. I appreciated his honesty and was very impressed with his quality of work. He worked hard all day and did a fantastic job, definitely 10/10. I really hope its him that comes back to finish the wall as I know he will do a good job, is reliable, polite and hard working. I would definitely recommend him to others, very good customer service and very satisfied with the end result.

Muhammad took his time to solve all my plumbing issues successfully. He was courteously and considerate, answering all my questions and explaining what he was doing. He is obviously very experienced and takes in his work

Graham has been great — efficient at getting repair work done to very high and respectful of our property keeping mess to a minimum. He has fixed our bathroom multiple times and always with a cheery attitude.

Leevi was AMAZING! He came round and had a grand task, sorting out our boiler for two days! He was very patient and answered all of our questions, concerns and explained everything thoroughly. He made sure to clear up after himself and made sure we understand what to do moving forward. 5star service

There is a reson this company is rated 2 stars. I had many disappointing experiences with Gilmartins. During the work carried out by the builder, an item of my furniture was damaged. When I raised the issue, the builder responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner rather than taking responsibility or trying to resolve the situation.
I then contacted the office to make a complaint, but I was met with a rude and unhelpful response. The way my concerns were handled left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the level of professionalism and care shown during the work.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Gilmartins. I believe customers should expect safe, respectful and professional treatment, and unfortunately that was not my experience.

Great repair service with Gilmartins on 03/08 operative Troy F attended to carry out carpentry work in my bathroom, excellent workmanship and very professional. Did an amazing job, definitely takes his work/craft seriously and ensured the job was completed to a high standard. Very impressed and happy with his work. A credit to Gilmartins!
