Order did not arrive in time for…
Order did not arrive in time for birthday gift. Two weeks since order still not arrived at store for collection.
Thankfully the great staff in Uxbridge store were able to provide a replacement but I can’t request refund until 20 days have passed.

Delivered in a couple of days after ordering. Blu-ray was well packaged and I enjoyed the Movie. Sometimes it is nice to own a physical copy of a favourite movie instead of having to subscribe to the service which has it. Typically these days I subscribe sporadically to streaming services as they don’t have all the movies and shows I like to watch.
