Certified scam, should have checked before ordering. Confirmation email, but no dispatched items email. No response from customer service. Please do not use

I made a purchase and received the order placed e-mail. From then on, no news. On their site it always just showed paid. No information about shipping.
I tried to contact them by e-mail but their address bounces the e-mails. I tried to contact them by phone within their customer service hours and they tell you they cannot answer and that you have to call at certain times. Really bad experience

Ordered on the 06th February, no news up until today. Emailed them, got a reply out of this world telling me that the order was delivered on the 09th while it did not even get dispatched yet. Asked to get it cancelled but no reply so far

Payed for a item to then get confirmation of my order straight away but then emailed on the Monday to ask when will it be dispatched to be told the same day then emailed again the next day to say I’ve not received any details to be told it will be dispatched and now I’ve emailed them again today (25th) and not received a reply or tracking details to say it’s been dispatched!!

The item never arrived. Customer services replied to my first email, but then stopped when they realised I wanted a refund. The item is now over three weeks late so I don't think it will arrive and the company are ignoring me.

Felt the need to write this review as I also thought I was being scammed but it wasn’t the case! I ordered a wooden crazy golf set and then after reading the reviews, panicked that I had been scammed too. Didn’t help I didn’t receive order confirmation & emails I was sending were being bounced back (not a great start!) however I did find a customer service email for them (not allowed to post it on here) which worked.
Recieved various emails confirming order, tracking details etc and my item arrived within 2weeks. So panic over, item is here and is a great little golf set!

Brought a scooter for 160 pound sold out everywhere else ordered Sunday and I got the item next Saturday to the uk after placing the order I didn’t receive an order confirmation so looked at the reviews and all I seen was bad reviews thought I had been scammed but that was not the case really happy with the product and glad it turned up.

These vendors are operating fraudulently. Do not purchase anything. They accept your order, send the order without the shipping details so the order gets returned to them and take your money. Beware, they are fraudsters.

How do you actually contact customer service? The link on the website fails every time and the emails bounce back as undeliverable.

On the 31 of August, I ordered a steco front luggage rack on this site. It was suppose to arrive 3 days after. At this day, I receive nothing, impossible to joint anybody by mail or phone.
Of course they took Money the day of order.
Very very very bad site.

I bought a karate suit from this company and it shrank even though it was pre shrunk, they offered me a discount on a new uniform?? So it's not my fault its shrunk and I get a 30% discount, I told them I wanted a full refund and they refused.

This is my worst experience buying online. No support to customer and no info about my order. I did more than one month ago and still waiting. FAKE WEB!!

I placed an order at the beginning of June. The website stated about a week for delivery. I hadn’t had any update so sent a message to which I received a quick response telling me there was a delay from the supplier. I was happy to wait.
The karate gi arrived but had what looked like a marker pen mark on it. I contacted them and was asked if it would come out. I was reluctant to wash it in case this would invalidate any returns requirements. I gently tried to remove the stain but to no avail. Again I contacted Just Athlete who took many days to respond. They offered me a small partial refund. This item was ordered for a competition and now with no time to return and wait for an exchange, I agreed. This was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them since.
This is so disappointing as their stock is reasonably priced and I had hoped to continue using them, but the lack of after sales support has really put me off. I did recommend them to a friend but have since advised him not to use them.

I ordered a sleeping bag from this site and unfortunately the item was shipped in the wrong color. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Despite the initial wrong shipment, I had an overall good experience with this company and would order something again from them in the future.

Scammers, money taken no part, no response even blocked my phone number.

Ordered a boat online, no email to confirm transaction, money taken from my account, no order number, nothing. Think this company is a scam.
I have sent email so will update when I find out what’s going on

Ordered from this company had a email saying item delivered 2 days after my order but not delivered to me rang the company in the Netherlands abd was told item had not been despatched 3 weeks after order still have not received my order no word from company even after emailing them . would never use this company again

I was really worried after ordering from here and not receiving any confirmation, but when I contacted asking for an update on my order they replied and gave me a full refund as requested.
