Are Just Athlete spamming or just incompetent? Either way avoid these guys!

They charged my card for a product they didn't have in stock. Despite this they continue to advertise the product on Google Shopping and their website.

I got a refund after a few days of hassling customer service.

10 days later, just as I thought I'd seen the last of these muppets they've charged my card...again. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice.

Buyer Beware. Do not order from these guys under any circumstances.

I ordered two pair of skates.

A week after, the money was withdrawn from my account without any shipping notice. It is not legal to withdraw the money without shipping the items.

The day after the money is withdrawn I receive a mail stating the skates are out of stock and cannot be delivered.

I have not yet received my money back.

I will never shop on this website again.

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical before placing an order after reading the reviews, but I ordered anyway. My order was placed in the evening on the 14th of January and was delivered to me in Denmark on the 20th of January, which I think is acceptable considering this was shipped from the Netherlands. Product was as expected and the price was good. I would have no problem shopping here again.

Bad price, poor service... Misinformation and unreasonable pricing on shipping only made worse by the fact that the shipment was delivered at a wrong adress. Bad service could not, would not handle or compensate.

After aprox 2 months I still havent got my money or my order (2 of 3). And I have sent everything they have asked for incl. the respons on my review. Can NOT recomment this firm!

Wouldn't recommend using, a poor service all round.

I placed an order two weeks ago and got sent an invalid link to say my order has been dispatched. Haven’t been able to contact anyone since not have they emailed me the correct link. Rubbish customer service that end their emails with the standard “I hope that I have informed you sufficiently” when they haven’t even answered your question!
I tried calling (from the U.K.) and got charged for being on hold for 20 minutes with no answer.
Lesson learnt would not use again - stay clear!

I made an order 15 days ago and it hasn’t even been shipped yet. Their client service is awful, they take 2-3 days to respond emails, which I guess delays the service even more. Bad experiende overall, will not buy again from them.

I ordered my skates last week Tuesday 11th at midnight and I received my skates Thursday 21st at 1330 GMT. They were the size I ordered and in perfect brand new condition. I highly recommend this company. And I will definitely buy my next pair from here too. I've already recommended this site to my friend.

Excellent delivery service and from what I read online inline with glosb pricing. Purchased 2x Explorer K2 Kayaks.

I ordered a kayak from here, it arrived within a few days as per the timeframe stated, very good product and cheaper than elsewhere. Rather confusingly the price is converted into euros when ordering online, but I was billed the correct sterling price in sterling on my credit card.

Excellent customer experience - couldn’t rate these guys more highly. Ordered Reebok battling rope on Sunday, product arrived the following Saturday. Plenty of communications and tracking info throughout the process. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered an inflatable kayak from this company as It was struggling to find availability elsewhere on the internet, summer 2020. On order confirmation an 8 day shipping was mentioned and I noted the company is not based in the uk. I subsequently read less than favourable reviews. After a few days with no dispatch note, I e-mailed and got a prompt reply with reassurance. A day later it was dispatched and arrived 2 days later (we live in the Highlands of Scotland). The item was as expected and in full working order. So my experience was a good one.

I bought intex explorer kayak and thought it would take weeks but to my suprise i took only one week, 7 days to get the kayak 17kg...
I can only say that i recommend Justathlete!

As others, I was slightly worried reading the reviews after having purchased from this company.
Needn’t have been, fantastic communication from start to finish. Intex K2 inflatable kayak arrived in 4 days.

Ordered an inflatable kayak and had it delivered in perfect condition a week later! Was a bit hesitant due to reviews but it went very smoothly and we’re thrilled with the kayak. Couldn’t find it anywhere else for anywhere close to that price. Highly recommend!

Great service. I ordered 2 kayaks on Saturday morning and they arrived by Friday lunch. They were much cheaper than anywhere in the UK. Communication was excellent too- I emailed the company before and after buying and they were both answered within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
