Order placed and payment immediately taken. No confirmation email or order number provided. First email to chase ignored. On sending a second email, told "something went wrong in our system" and product would be shipped early the following week. Still no order number, confirmation of despatch, estimated delivery date or tracking information provided. Chased again after a further ten days, receiving no response. No clue whether order has even been processed, let alone product dispatched. Would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering to go elsewhere.

Very good website, I am satisfied. I have no more to say.

Ordered a swimming pool over 1 year ago because it was advertised as 3 day delivery.....2 weeks later it hadn't been sent.
I cancelled it and all of a sudden it was dispatched.
I was advised to refuse the swimming pool. I done this.

1 year on I STILL don't have a refund
Customer service is non existent. Be promised it many times

I only thought to look at here for the reviews after I have placed an order for a dual hook ez bar for a cable machine.

I haven’t received any confirmation of my order or any information on when it will be dispatched with any tracking number despite my payment being made through PayPal.

I e mailed them yesterday morning and no response has been received.

I will give it a few more days and if I don’t here anything then I’ll be in touch with PayPal seeking a refund.

So beware

I ordered a cruncher and recieved no email confirmation, my bank statement proves I paid you. No receipt or proof of purchase, can you please help.

I have made a 120€ order and no confirmation of order or shipping email ever came trough. I have waited more than the estimated time for shipment that they write on the website hoping that my order would eventually show up but to no avail. I then contacted customer support multiple times both trough their online form and directly to their email and still I haven't gotten any response. My only choice left is to go to the authorities, which I will do if I dont get a response here too.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago I have not heard anything - no order confirmation, no response to my emails. Money taken from my account immediately. The website is not transparent about their location - feel completely duped and now have to try to claw back my money.

bought a product for £150, then got a letter from customs for £120 for import duty!!! Which means they have inputted the value of contents at £450 even though it cost £120. They are full of crap

They tried to send items through customs to U/K, but had problems,so they Refunded me the money,you carnt knock that. Tom.

Bought a “head lamp” on this site that was “dead on arrival” and didn’t work.

Instead of sending a new lamp or a refund this company keeps asking about serial numbers and photos of a broken light instead of solving the problem!?!

Absolutely THE worst supplier I ever had to deal with and please bare in mind that I worked as a purchaser since 1990 so I’ve dealt with a LOT.

Excellent service, took about a week to arrive from the Netherlands but the customer service and the quality of the product are excellent!

Must confess I was a bit worried after reading this reviews, but my experience was seamless.
It took some time to be processed, but it was the exact time announced upon buying. Shipped with tracking number, and the item, a bike flag, was exactly as announced.

Scam do not order from these im out of pocket £184.90 paid on the 13/09/21 order number 7121100004951 hermes opened an investigation and stated i need to persue a refund from the retailer. after many emails still no refund so i have raised a merchant dispute through Barclays.

Fantastic service, ordered a kids 12" BMX. It Arrived today exactly a week later and is exactly as described and pictured. Couldn't be happier, was really sceptical once I read reviews after ordering but all was fine.

I ordered replacement parts for my cycling shoes. These were very poor quality, breaking after very little wear (2 rides). I suspect that the parts are not genuine parts from the manufacturer.
Justathlete are not prepared to offer replacement, refund or advice on contacting the manufacturer . No customer support at all.
Don’t use them.

Be very careful about using this company if you are ordering from the UK. They use a “co.uk” web address to mislead customers about where the goods are shipped from. When you view an in-stock item the site will tell you it will be despatched the same day - but it does not mention that it will be 1-2 weeks before you receive it. It is only after you place the order and make the payment that a message comes up to say that the goods are shipped from The Netherlands.

In my case I needed the items for a specific purpose before the delivery date so contacted the company to cancel - they refused to do so, saying the items had already been despatched. So now I’m looking at a hefty shipping bill to return them to The Netherlands - all of which could have been avoided if the company had been up front about where the goods were shipped from.
