I can giggle about this now but I ordered two Intel kayaks last Thursday morning (much cheaper than prices in the UK) THEN read the reviews on this site. Another reviewer said his blood ran cold which was a good description. As I have lost my holiday this year I really found it stressful that I might have lost my money AGAIN. Once I’d purchased, they were out of stock which made me worry more.

Anyway, shipping confirmation came on Monday and they have just been delivered - 6 days after ordering and well within their promise.

Another review said that the company attempt to overcharge because the receipt is in Euros. This wasn’t the case for me - you can ignore the Euro entry because you just pay what you expect to.

So I’m a happy man - and I’m thankful to those Dutch folk who made it all happen.

Ordered Intex K2 Explorer kayak. A lot cheaper than in UK. Ordered Friday, delivered following Thursday with tracking.

I was a little hesitate at first having never heard or used this company before but I needn't have been. Easy to use website, communication was excellent and my order of a Intex Explorer K2 Kayak arrived by DHL in 5 working days. What's not to like.

Like ordered a intex explorer k2, and after read these reviews which made me feel a little nervous. But had emails all the way though and turned up on the 4th working day which was better than expected.
Cant fault it.

Ordered 2 intex explorer kayaks, they were much cheaper than the ones I could find UK based.... then I read reviews about items not turning up...was really worried... really shouldn’t have worried... ordered Saturday and both Kayaks were delivered Wednesday:))) we were kept informed via emails daily as to where our order was and when it was transferred to DHL.. had full tracking details ... really couldn’t fault this service ... from my experience I would definitely use again.

Bought an Intex Challenger K2 inflatable kayak on here, wrong way round as I checked the reviews after pushing the BUY button. My blood ran cold and I thought I’d been mugged when I read some of these reviews, especially when I rechecked the website and it just said OUT OF STOCK. However, within 48 hours I had a despatched email, tracking emails from DHL, and after buying on Sunday it arrived on Thursday, and is perfect. I paid around 25% less than Amazon and EBay listings so I can absolutely recommend this company based on my experience.

Ordered from the website with trepidation after seeing these reviews... but all was fine. Good communication from the customer service team, answering queries within a day.
Ordered Saturday, shipped Tuesday, arrived Thursday.
As online shopping and customer service goes, this was pretty good.

Bought an inflatable kayak and then checked this site for reviews, got really worried that I'd never see it. But, within 2 days I got an email saying it was on its way and within a week it was delivered. Very satisfied!

Ordered two products on the 19th May (now 6 weeks ago) as had in stock on website. Nothing received and when I contacted them said it was one it’s way’ when the Hermès tracking code they gave me says they still don’t have the parcel. Do not order from them. Still don’t have anything!

Ordered a fitness Trampoline from them, these seem to have sold out everywhere else in the recent pandemic, so was quite pleased to find a reasonably priced one. Delivery took 1-2 weeks and the item met expectations.

Only downside is that they have no UK phone number, but emailed them and got a response the next day, so can't complain on that front.

I recently ordered a Little Tikes lagoon water park from Justathlete. Justathlete were the only company I could find anywhere that had in stock the item I wanted. I was also a bit worried after ordering as I saw the negative reviews and hadn’t used this company before. I was expecting not to get the item. In the end I had no need to be worried - item arrived within 6 days and in good condition. I had received regular emails about the status of my order which were accurate. I would use this company again if I needed to!

Bought an item (tack trolley) which I couldn’t find for a better price elsewhere. Went ahead and ordered and then looked up reviews for the site. Was very worried as some very bad reviews about items not arriving and no refunds so emailed the customer service and asked for delivery dates and if they weren’t going to be soon would like a refund due to worries. Was reassured dispatch was days away and was told if for what ever reason it wasn’t a refund would be given, true to word a couple days later I received the dispatch email and the day after the postal company emailed me confirming delivery times. Item arrived today and is excellent. Took one week for delivery which is reasonable in current climate and considering it’s from Holland. Would recommend the site, no problems what so ever and customer service quick to help.

Given the current climate we are in I cannot praise this company enough! Companies advertising on Amazon wanted £165 for a little Tykes slide which normally cost £35! Couldn't get this delivered anywhere in the UK. But this company based in Holland only charged taxes and delivery and delivered on time and answered any emails that I sent them. Thank you because this was for my grandsons first birthday... I will buy from you again!

The prices on this website are not accurate, they try and charge you in the euro price, so the price goes up when you get to the checkout. The customer service is very bad, and in the end I gave up trying to purchase anything and went to a different store.
