Bought a pink dsquared hoodie. Fake! Do not buy from this website. They claim to be 100% authentic but when I received my item, I was let down to find out it was a fake. £200 down the drain!

Shocking Customer Service !
Nicola was customer service now on two occasions has asked me personally to chase my own delivery- as not arrived yet it’s now been 10 days !!! Absolutely shocking customer services and as the item was tracked they can clearly see it has not been delivered !

Hi Steve, you asked us for the tracking details, which you was given, Unfortunately items get lost from time to time.
As stated from the start because you choose the slower delivery option, we had to wait 10 days before giving a refund. After 10 days a full refund was given.
