I am panicking a bit about my order I purchased on Friday last week I received an order acknowledgment but that’s it no delivery date or anything so naturally I have emailed twice now and still nothing no reply anything I hope I get a response soon

Brought a pair of Alexander McQueen trainers last Thursday item was delivered by Saturday so happy with the transaction had a couple of questions sent email they emails back within 10 minutes 100% would recommend

Poor quality and poor service please stay away. If you don’t like what you have bought you don’t get a refund, the best you get is a credit note so you are forced to spend your money with them. Absolute shambles

I wouldn’t touch klayuk they’ve sold me a Prada polo that the first time it was worn ripped on the stitching. When contacting klaus my uk I got told that I was outside the 14 days return policy. I think personally this company are absolute rubbish and I wouldn’t touch them ever again. If you want a crap quality item of clothing that you get told isn’t there problem when something goes wrong. Then go for these plebs.

Have bought a couple of pieces from them.

However, on my most recent order, I received a pair of dsquared jeans that did not fit as stated.

I contacted KLAYUK the same day I received the order, stating I will be sending the jeans back (but keeping the rest) and will require a refund for the jeans, to which I was said no refunds.

pursuant to the consumer credit act, chapter 2, section 20, subjections 7A, 10, 11, 15, 16 and 21A, me, as well as anyone else who has had an issue with no refunds, IS ENTITLED TO A REFUND.
I am personally taking the matter to my banking firm, if not the county court to issue a judgement against KLAYUk(CCJ) to collect the amount for the jeans, if not, then subsequently, I will get a warrant of control issued if nothing is resolved.

In addition, they state that in their terms and conditions, it states no refunds. THIS IS FALSE. If you check the terms and conditions, there is no explicit mention of 'no refund'. Instead, it states to refer to hyperlink, which is not part of the original terms and conditions.

With respects to the above point, there is also no place where a signature is required for any customer to agree to the terms or conditions, or any checkbox where we have to click to accept any sort of terms and conditions.

So I urge anyone that has had an issue to get in touch with their bank and looking at a payment reversal due, or more importantly, get a government body (county court) or solicitor involved, as I will be doing (going to the county court)
