I really like the Webbing garden chairs that I just bought. They are sturdy and sit well; great design and colour, and all that for a very decent price.

I paid for curtains to be set up and no one came when it was scheduled. I already paid a few thousands euros....I filled lots of complaints and no resolutions 2 months later. The customer service is absent!

I ordered curtains including installation from Kwantum from 2022 Martch. Now it is 2023 27-Jan, there is still one piece not installed after 5 rounds of people came.... Every time some mistake happend, missing parts, wrong color, wrong size....
Every mistake makes me waiting another 2 months before someone came to make next mistake.

It hired a group of un-professional people who doesn't care for their customer at all.

Very hard to call customer service as well, waiting time always longer than 20 min sometimes 40 min.

What is worng with this company? I don't recommend buying from them. It seems you can save some money, but you are risking losing lots of your time and emotional happiness with them.

I enjoy very much buying in your store in Amatelveen.

I bought a carpet from qwantum and I rented a car to take it home, when I got home I found out that they gave me the wrong length, I went to the store and they told me to bring it back so they can measure it and I sent them an email and explained to them that I live far from the store and I don't have a car and they said they can't do anything to fix unless I bring the carpet to the store, transportation of the carpet back and forth would be more expensive than the carpet itself, worst customer support over.

Update, they have replied to me on here, apparently they are not willing to fix their mistake so we are going to get the laminate and the other carpets from another place, too bad I can't give them less than one star. They want me to bring the carpets back so they can measure, would I be compensated for the transportation cost, of course not.

Product was never delivered and several attempts to contact customer service were ignored

The workers are extremely professional, patient, informed, attentive and hospitable. Highly recommended. I have come to this store many times.
