There was an initial issue but I was able to resolve it quickly.
There was an initial issue but I was able to contact them easily. A lead was awaiting delivery. They stayed in touch & also gave me a small reduction for the delay. I'm buying refurbished items at a great saving so I was happy with the service overall.

I am happy to give Morgan Computers a 5 star rating. The company were recommended to me by Copilot. I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen 1. The price was good and I feel reassured that I have a warranty. I have set everything up as I want it and am pleased with the performance of the laptop. My only concern was easily resolved. Some light marks on the lid did not respond to cleaning with 70% isopropyl alcohol. However, a light cleaning with a Magic Eraser sponge removed all marks. The machine looks pristine now for only 10 minutes work. Overall the service was excellent. Delivery was quick. Packaging was good and it came with a Lenovo charger. I would be pleased to buy again from Morgan Computers.
