I have been using Mr. Clutch, Chingford branch, to MOT my family's cars for several years and have found them to be totally professional. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable and the location is good.

Efficient and friendly . very good communication

Dave the service advisor, was friendly and professional even though he was extremely busy trying to help everyone in the reception and on the phone. My MOT was carried out on time and the advisory items were explained in detail.

I always go to the Leyton, London E10, branch for an MOT or car service. The mechanics there are great and always do a fabulous job... the manager, Frank, is very helpful and courteous ..

Took my car to Mr Clutch in Luton with a suspected gearbox problem (as indicated by another garage), but Dave and team correctly diagnosed the issue as being an over-stretched gear linkage cable, replacement of which was certainly a lot cheaper than a gearbox repair. This is just the sort of service you want, proving Mr Clutch Luton to be a reliable and trustworthy garage. Now able to change gears without any issues and with total confidence. Very pleased with the outcome!

Brilliant service all round

Guys did an excellent job cleaning my car's brake system and replacing brake pads. I know it was a lot of work because the system hadn't been cleaned long time. Excellent service.

Would highly recommend to stay away from Mr clutch in chelmsford awful customer service i booked my car in for aircon regas and when i turnt up they told me i wasnt booked in! but they could do it but i would have to leave the car all day so i did and when i picked it up the price had changed from £120 to £150 for no reason!!

Very friendly service from guy on reception, fair price, MOT and any work done quickly

Previously used their Enfield garage without issues, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. My car was damaged while in their care, and despite clear evidence, responsibility was initially denied and the matter was handled poorly, with dismissive communication and lack of transparency.

Although they eventually admitted fault after cctv footage and external ombudsman complaint, and paid for the repairs the process was unnecessarily stressful and drawn out.

Due to the noticeable damage and the way it was initially handled, I would not recommend this garage.
