Doing what I need.

After an AI bot failed to understand my special need (that didn't fit into a prompt), I was connected with a LIVING HUMAN named Sky. Sky was able to address my concern immediately, and helped me resolve the issue perfectly. While AI can do very simple things, more complex issues require a human. Don't ever replace all the humans with AI bots, or your customers will leave!

The Tech support at Network Solutions is always helpful and patient when helping you. Also, they have always solved my issue on the 1st call.

My live customer service support rep was great, give him/her/they a raise asap

Chris from Network Solutions call us to help with setting up our NEW website. He verified all information we uploaded to their site builder division was received. He also explained in detail what was needed. He was very personal and knowledgeable.

I needed to renew some services but was not sure what to do or what was actually needed.
The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what I needed.
I was able to complete my renewal as well as add additional services thanks to the help of your representative.

I sent a less than 15 minute job to post two (2) pages on my website yesterday. I am told that it will take 5 days.

Very happy with Network Solutions.

I was not able to renew my services early as I usually do because of other financial obligations. When the deadline came and it was time for me to renew, I attempted to log in to the Network Services website but found that the site was down for maintenance and customer service was not going to be able to assist me prior to my services expiring. When I finally was able to reach customer service the next day, my call was received by a terrific employee named Sky who assisted me and prevented me from having to pay penalties associated with my registering after the deadline. I very much appreciate his professionalism and the effort he took to insure I was able to renew my services at a fair price. He generously gave his time and went beyond what I had imagined. Thank you, Sky!

Network Solutions Did GREAT! I've had a Website for about 30 years - with iPOWER, then iPOWERWEB, then iPAGE, and now Network Solutions. All due to the original company being bought off and transferring to another company. I must be the longest-standing customer using this service. Anyway, it looks like you are all called Network Solutions now and that is fine. Thank you for your help - you always do - and I appreciate that you still have Technical Support by phone. It would be great if you all can stick with this company now - Network Solutions - and continue the great Domain and Web Hosting Service you have always provided.

My email has major problem, I read it and then it vanishes, no trash, no where. Yesterday I tried to remedy, first spent 20 minutes going around and around wit AI, then 40 minutes on hold waiting to speak to person. Young woman was polite, small language barrier, after about 30 minutes she said she could not help and would be taken care of within 4 hours by tech, nothing after 20 hours. Not happy.

John was able to change my plan to a much cheaper, yet still secure plan. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and I can't say enough great things!

The Network Solutions technical chat agent understood and promptly resolved the issue I had with my Professional Email.

Super helpful & obviously VERY experienced personnel - they made sense of a very exasperating situation! Kudos to them. PLEASE always keep real people to speak with. Mr AI is SO hard to communicate with... I just needed a real person who could understand me!
