Network Solutions purchased ipage/ipower hosting and my account was switched over. The process was cryptic. No messages were sent explaining the change. No information on upcoming renewals until the date passed. Automatically renewed a 3 yr hosting agreement and the cost had tripled. I had to contact support 3 times to get a refund. Rejected 2 times. The 3rd customer service agent (Sky) was the only one who tried. He went above and beyond just to get me a partial refund... I would hire Sky but I would not recommend this company.

Over an hour. To get a real person to help me just to do a renewal. I went through 3 persons... They just want to add more things to what I don't need. I was up $500, they wanted on top of my renewal. until "j" She took care of me less than 10 minutes. All I wanted for them to do is renew. I always have a problem with you guys. It's ridiculous I can't believe I'm still with you guys. There's always an issue they always want to overcharge you. I have broken links every time last year. Every time I had to pay $65 every time. I got tired of paying more than what I was getting worth of this company. Too much.\n Run around. I will be looking for someone else. A lack of service and help I will never recommend network solutions.

I am an international client from Chile, and my account was migrated from Domain.com to Network Solutions. I was extremely frustrated because my auto-renewal preferences were unilaterally changed during the transition, resulting in an unauthorized charge on my debit card. To make matters worse, the official support emails bounced back automatically, and the automated AI assistant on the website blocked my request, forcing international users to make an expensive phone call to the US.Fortunately, I found Jax on Reddit. He took over my case immediately, authenticated my account securely, and processed the domain cancellation and full refund in just a few minutes. Jax was incredibly professional, efficient, and understanding. 5 stars for his amazing customer care!

The CSR I worked with went the extra mile for me and helped me straighten out several deferred issues I had. One was with my native Network Solutions account and the other was with 2 accounts I had at iPage that were consolidated into Network Solutions. Chris took care of me in spite of the less than ideal UI provided and the messy handoff of iPage accounts to Network Solutions and even though I'm a "little guy" in terms of my annual spend. We worked for over an hour together and he made sure everything was done properly. (I was frustrated after the call because even the post-call survey didn't work and ended up hanging up on me.) Cheers to Chris in the Philippines Customer Service Center!

Representative completed my request timely, however I had to wait on hold for almost a half hour. You should adopt system that provides a call back to the customer, and not losing their place in line, as other companies have.

With all the scam calls going on daily we just received a call from someone saying there network solutions wanting my information so they can verify a credit card that’s on the site this don’t even sound right to me it’s the same card we been using on network solutions site forever so why is someone calling our business asking for personal information regarding being able to see the credit card on file this to me don’t seem proper.
