Have been using PayPal forever. I guess more than 20 years. It’s convenient and easy. Yesterday for the first time I needed help regarding a false payment with a fraud company ( Ketoway app never download!). And they helped me to get back my falsely charged payment. I am a satisfied customer. My bank would have never helped me

I struggle to make a transfer from paypal to my own account in the bank.
it's stated 10k day limit but it is a lie!!!
PayPal doesn't allow me to transfer even 4200€ to my own account in the same day. I'm disappointed with this service. and now even send feedback button doesn't work at PayPal account))) bull shit. waste of time and money

I tried to pay an order for printer supply. 5 min for the order. After 45 min with PayPal and silly questions about me and 5 response mails, I gave up. Calling the service team requires even more time. They tell you what you already know. For a customer credit in lieu for 2 hours of wasted time, I should write to EuopeanServices at paypal.com and explain all this hazzle AGAIN. Do these people know anything about customer satisfaction? - Would I come up with so much miserable reaction from the cockpit, my passengers would ruin my aircraft. Paypal it is time to file chapter 11.

PayPal is holding €71.59 of my money. The merchant issued a legal Credit Note (CN-HCY-2820537) confirming they refunded me, but because PayPal's automated system closed the case early, their system is blocking the money. Chat and phone support are totally incompetent and refuse to look at the uploaded PDFs. Shocking customer service.

After contacting corporate compliance, the escalation team manually reviewed the credit note and resolved the issue within 24 hours. Fixed.

Stupid security. I was asked to reset my password for security reasons, but when I clicked 'reset,' it said 'verification failed' before even trying to verify me. What kind of security is that? It’s horrible. I'm never using PayPal again

Hello PayPal,

I sent a payment to Morteza Hamedi using his phone number suggested by Pay pal, but he never received it. Later, we scanned his PayPal QR code and I sent the payment again, which he received successfully.

I do not know where the first payment went, as it was not received by the intended recipient. Please investigate this transaction and, if possible, refund the original payment to me.
