If you're trying to get hold of this company, don't bother, they won't get back to you. It was run by two brothers (absolute cowboys). The company currently has a notice for compulsory strike off with Companies House and they have recently set up two separate companies, Gorilla Gas Ltd and Kako Heating Ltd - avoid like the plague!

We had a boiler fitted two years ago by Plum-UK and the service last year. As our service was due for the 21st April we contacted them via there web page on the 3rd April 2022. We had a standard email saying someone would contact us. We heard nothing. We sent an email to them in the 14th April still not hearing from Plum-UK and Telephone twice on the 20th April. Leaving messages. Yet still no one has even bothered to contact us and it is now the 5th May.
The lack of customer service shows us they are not interested in aftercare. We will not be considering them for future work and in our experience suggest you should think carefully before using this company!

Ordering process very easy. A few clicks and 4 photos and it was done. The installation was good, couldn't fault in any way. The engineer arrived on time and worked hard throughout. We are now nice and warm again. Thank you.

Great service when I needed a new Combi boiler supplied and fitted in a hurry. Really good communications throughout, clean and tidy and everything I needed to know explained. Based on this experience, I would use again and also recommend.

Highly recommend Plum-UK… we had a new boiler fitted. They were punctual and tidy whilst working. They tided up a terrible job from a previous engineer which was much appreciated. The original Nest thermostat was faulty and after a quick message to Dale he was back the next day with a replacement. We will definitely be using them to service the boiler annually. Thanks again!!

Delighted with the results, PLUM were assigned our order via heatable.co.uk to convert us to a combi, relocating everything from up stairs to our kitchen. No fuss, no mess. Nice guys and left the house as they found it. Tops lads.

Dale installed our boiler with the minimum of fuss despite it being a complicated installation. He worked incredibly hard over two days - never stopping for a break - and did a fantastic job. I can confidently recommend Plum-UK.

Booked all online using Heatable and within 24 hours of booking Duane and Jack turned up from "plum-uk" and did our conversion from conventional to combi boiler. Went for a Worcester Greenstar 8000 style - took them the best part of two days to complete, and very happy with their work. Boiler performance seems great.

Great quote, great comms.. really simple process. Dale arrived on time talked me through the job from start to finish. Everything went to plan, no additional costs. Job finished early to good standard. Had a lean from bathroom, a corroded seal couldn’t take the increased pressure. Txt Dale he came the next day and fixed, foc. 😁

Would definitely recommend these guys, the engineer called when he was on the way to give me time to provide access to the property, new boiler installed with ease, no mess, clearly explained how to work it all and took all the rubbish away.

Team arrived on time, prepared walkways to protect carpets, swapped old boiler for new one in a few hours and left everywhere very tidy and explained the new boiler and room stat in good and understandable detail.
