The team from Plum-Uk were awesome when installing our new combi boiler. They had to overcome a number of challenges due to the existing installation and age of the house, which they did this while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, keeping us informed of their progress though out.

We are now enjoying a fully functioning system and will be looking forward to welcoming them back for annual maintenance.

Booked a new boiler install through heatable and the boiler was installed by Dale from Plum Uk. He was on time, very informative, incredibly professional and had the old boiler out, the pipes upgraded and the new boiler installed within the day. There was no mess, all covid guidelines were adhered to and he talked us through how to use the new boiler. I highly recommend and would definitely use again.

All areas were covered, really careful around observing covid 19 restrictions (very impressed), cleaned up completely afterwards, really friendly, professional and utterly wiped the floor with many of the Brit gas engineers we have had.
