Really nice set of lads, they fitted a new boiler and radiators for my mum and dad, very polite, clean and tidy, even asked my parents if they could do anything else why they was there.
Because of this, it’s a company me and my family will be using for a long time.

Had Plum in to fit my full central heating and got to say what a delight dale and Duane where. Ever so charming, very clean and tidy and did an outstanding job for an extremely reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Plum excellent workmanship and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys for making a job I was dreading into such a delight

I was very anxious about ordering a replacement boiler via a website process with no site visit to check things out. To be honest it was a leap of faith since my old boiler installation was a 20 year old hybrid and not straight forward. However, within minutes of Dale and his apprentice arriving from Plum-UK all my anxiety was gone. I was truly impressed with Dale’s knowledge and quick grasp of what needed to be done. All went to plan and in the end I was left with a very neat 5* installation with all rubbish and debris cleared away, even the new copper pipes were polished. Cannot thank Dale enough for his workmanship. Would highly recommend.

The Heatable supplied Boiler was replaced in one Day with a Viessmann Vitodens 100 , company doing the installation was Plum-UK LTD, got a text the morning giving time of arrival, about 8:30 start, the engineer who did the Job was Tom, and was i think overseen by Duane, Tom did a excellent job no mess, no problems, tom went through the operation of the boiler at the end,boiler has been in about a week now and all good, plan to use Plum-UK for my annual service to comply with my 10 year Warranty, so don't need a service plan now just get it serviced once a year, I was paying a lot of money for a service plan , The new boiler is more efficient than my old combi and i get a lot more hot water flow when filling the bath, all good from ordering and fitting

Had a new boiler install. The experience was flawless. The survey was carried out by a professional with no annoying sales pitch. The install team was polite and installed the boiler quickly and neatly. They took great care not to make a mess and left the premises spotless. And all the way through the process we where informed by text where and when to expect them, and they where punctual. Excellent

New boiler installed in under a day, Everything left clean and tidy with a complete demonstration and explanation. Would recommend Plum-UK to anyone.

After 7days without hot water and heat, the new Worcester boiler and wireless thermostat was fitted within 24 hours of ordering through Heatable. Great service from Dale and Trevor and the talk through the setup was easy to understand.

Absolutely spot on. The heating engineer - Jon Early ? - was great. He did the job with the minimum of fuss, (changing an old combi-boiler to a new Worcester Bosch, no fuss, no mess and inspired us with confidence). We would definitely use Plum-UK again.
