Boiler installation was efficient and quick with good communication.
I had a couple of issues with the new boiler after it was fitted, due to a part inside, but Plum UK responded very quickly (at the weekend too). The problem was sorted the next working day, again with great communication from the engineer

Stuart messaged me on the morning of installation to give me his arrival time. He removed my old boiler installed the new Worcester 4000 and Digital Nest Thermostat. He was extremely professional and very friendly. He took time to explain what he was doing how the new boiler/thermostat worked. He also cleaned up when he had finished. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be happy to use them for my annual service. Really pleased with the job.

Great service! The new boiler was fitted nicely! They were efficient, careful, polite, clean and agreed to my request to put on plastic shoe covers when entering certain areas.

This company fitted my new Worcester boiler, they were replacing a very old Glow Worm and upgrading the central heating system. Throughout the two day installation, the work force we’re all friendly and kept the disruption to a minimum. The standard of workmanship was excellent. I can highly recommend this company to anyone who requires work done on their heating system.

Excellent service all the way through, kept updated regarding who and what time they would arrive, Stuart and Jack were a pleasure to have in our house, given estimate of how long job would take which was spot on, very tidy workers cleaned up after job and took all rubbish away, would happily recommend.

Excellent service provided, did a great job and very helpful after service too.

Couldn't fault the service,from start to finish. Received our boiler within a few days of ordering it at a very good price after being kept well informed. Stuart our gas fitter was friendly, helpful, efficient and very knowledgeable, knew his stuff! Installation of boiler was completed by 2pm. Took old boiler away and place left tidy. Extremely good service and would recommend!
