Quick and professional even during this covid crisis. They did however smash a light in the hallway but done me a favour as it was a very ugly light and looked better broken! Joking aside they offered to pay for a new one, they were both brilliant and couldn't recommend them more 👍🏻

Although I was very happy with the installation of my new Viessmann combi boiler there were some side issues eg smashed tiles etc and the installers had left in a hurry without cleaning up properly as they explained they had an emergency installation to carry out that afternoon. After I complained to Heatable who had contracted Plum Uk to carry out the works I got a call from Dale who offered to carry out remedial works but explained there would be a delay due to the covid crisis. Roll on a couple of months when I thought that maybe they had forgotten I got a call from Dale offering to carry out the works that day. Dale & mate arrived last Monday & retiled the area around the boiler as well tidying up the wiring. Good service in the end, thank you Plum-Uk.

Dale and Tom, his apprentice, arrived on time and, in spite of the problems with the current siting of the old boiler, proceeded to remove the existing boiler and very soon had the new one installed and working.
Cleaned down all work surfaces and swept up leaving the house looking clean and tidy.
Very friendly and kept us informed of progress all the way through.

5 star service from a 5 star team! The whole job was a breeze, from the moment they both arrived and took their shoes off (even I don't do that) to the moment they went and you wouldn't have even know they'd been! They grafted non-stop! They arrived around 8.30am and completed a full conversion - new boiler in, old one out, including water tank and massive cylinder, all done and dusted by 4 o'clock! They carried out the whole job without any mess, and with minimum fuss from my perspective I was kept fully informed of what was going on, given a full briefing on how the system worked and when they left I was able to simply just get on with my normal day. The guys themselves were extremely professional and worked efficiently, and were very friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Plum-UK to any of my friends or family.

Very honest, professional and reliable. We had a new boiler install within a day, the guys just got on with it. Were careful to take care of carpets etc and cleared all their rubbish leaving no mess. Friendly. I would recommend this company.

We found Plum-Uk online via Checkatrade.
The process was very easy, we chose a date for the survey that suited us. The surveyor was very knowledgable and recommended us a Worchester Bosch 30i combi boiler at a very good price.

Very impressed. The engineer turned up on time, worked very quickly & efficiently. Even put up with my 6 year old following him around asking questions all day. Very friendly and would definitely recommend.

Wanted to get my elderly parents a better deal than what British Gas quoted and these have provided a top of the range boiler with seven new radiators for just under £4000...British Gas quoted them between £5000-£6,500 without radiators. Lovely, friendly company and one of the blokes that fitted them, even asked them if they wanted anything from the shop! Super service and customer service and did a brilliant job. Thank you Plum-Uk

Had boiler fitted about 18 months ago followed up by a service in October, earlier this week had to call them out for a minor problem, they came same day, fixed it, and didn't charge us! Very happy with customer service and would recommend, thanks!

Our boiler broke down leaving us with no heating or hot water . I spoke to Dale at Plum and hey presto a new boiler fitted and working well within 18 hours of the enquiry. Quick, efficient and professional. Would recommend. A couple of hundred dearer than the cheapest quote I got but they responded so fast it was worth it.
