Worst experience with insurance I have ever had

One star? I'm surprised they rated that highly. This company is useless beyond useless. I have moved to a more renowned and well known company, and I will not make this mistake again. I'm not sure if they are driven by poor management or criminals but all the same the service is very poor. Do not use. Ever.

OMG! RUN! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE!! cancelled my policy in the peakest time of Corona even though I told them my jobs been shutdown like nearly everyone else in the WORLD! And they did not care! Now they expect me to pay them back all this money! Their scammers! One call, eridge and policy plan are all one company!

Scam, they deserve jail... Someone help me out there.. PEOPLE DONT EVER DO, ONECALL INSURANCE, IT BELONGS TO ERIDGE, OR PLAN, THEY CHANGING NAME EVERY YEAR I SUPPOSE. ABSOLUTE SCAMERS

They over charge you once you have taken policy out the can’t even give you a reason why? They failed to give a break down in price they tell you you have to make payments for 9 months but the take payment for the 12 months if you don’t pay they cancel your policy!! Keep away from this fraudulent company

Worst company iv ever had to deal with was unfortunately in an accident while insured with these pll and the stress they have caused me is believable I can not wait wait until my policy runs out in 8 weeks avoid at all costs

DO NOT USE AT ANY COST.

I was unlucky enough to write off my van whilst covered with this lot. It would take me about six hours to cover the hell they’ve put me through for four months.

The short version is I have six separate complaints with the ombudsman, three of which have financial implications approaching five figures.

Worst company, with their broker chums and claims handlers, I have EVER dealt with.

Truly the WORST company to be insured by. 9yrs of Motor trade no claims bonus yet this company have tried to cancel the policy randomly 4 times in 9 months. All for different reasons. Quick to take your money but this company sells policy's just to try to cancel them and they DO NOT REFUND you your money either once cancelled. So Basically there robing people daily. They ask for evidence of EVERYTHING which is fine but then once produced they move the goal posts and ask for other proof instead. I have NEVER in my life dealt with such a company and genuinely feel that the are crooks of the highest level. PLEASE PLEASE do not risk it, Trust me its worth paying a little bit more just to not to have to go through this headache just like all the others who have reviewed them. Good luck people.

Just finished a year with these clowns on a traders policy i could not own more than 6 cars on in stock where parking was scrutinised to the point of evidence submitted 3 times and never good enough.The sales invoices i got were not acceptable proofs copies of the log books i had were not proofs blah blah blah.The first 2 weeks they tried cancelling my policy 4 times and letters kept getting sent and texts from their broker think at walsall and for the whole of january threatening cancellation i never felt so down and depressed in my whole life.Biggest mistake i made ever and to top it off when it came to renewal were even cheaper than the previous year.Couldnt wait for my policy to expire 10 months later and was wishing my life away and when the final minutes ebbed away of the policy i felt like as free as a caged bird for 12 months being let out of captivity.If you need destroying and need to feel lower than a snakes belly then these lot are for you and to top it off when i came to get my proof of no claims trade they had me down for 6 years on leaving and i had to again ring the broker to get them to put it was ie 7 years.Finally got there and i certainly dodged a bullet and will never forget how policy plan almost killed me.. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY !!

Absolutely ROBBING people hard earn money in daylight. Revolution broker got me a quote for courier insurance with Policy plan. After signing up unfortunately decided to pay in full to save interest on finance. After six days or so they found out about my SIA badge as a second occupation or even having your business which has absolutely nothing to do with courier insurance for miles, Policy Plan cancelled the policy but was receiving emails from Revolution brokers no correspondence from Policy Plan. Complaints department at Revolution are justifying that this stupid policy of having second occupation is not acceptable with Policy Plan insurance company But by law I am ok to carry on doing the work just made up policies with no sense to steal money. On top of all harassment not only I had to pay cancellation charges of £422 for 20 days they covered me, But had to accept another £1000 more expensive quote or I would have lost half of my money. Dont waste your money and time with this insurance company I will leave reviews on all social media making as many people aware of this horrendous company. I wish I would have checked the reviews before. Justice needs to be done as it is there is nothing glamorous about courier jobs and this is all we need Bloody vultures.

Horrendous company to deal with. I will never be insured with this company again or will I deal with a Broker that uses this unscrupulous company. The reviews speak for themselves. 100% negative reviews from customers!!! Not 1 happy customer!! That says it all!

I am taking this to the finacial ombudsman i suggest everyone else does the same

Dreadful I promised after two years I wouldn’t use them sadly talked into it with broker Nash warren constant threats to cancel policy and I rang today to find out they cancelled policy 3 days ago after 3 month reason that I hadn’t up dated (mid )paid 950 and only refunding 160 broker and insurer company dreadful to deal with

Omg worst company ever seen they took all money and cancel my insurance and asking more money for cancellations no one here in uk who can asked them and monitor them first charges very expensive then cancel it very stressful at moment and i regret for that day when i took policy with policy plan please dont take policy with them dont waste time and money

I give them zero star rating,worst company ever,I had them for my motor trade policy which was arranged through one sure,I wish I had read all the negative reviews before going with this shi**y company,17 days into my policy and they cancel it,every few days after starting the policy I would receive a txt from one sure saying your policy would be cancelled by mid day,every time you call them you wait over 30mins to be connected.i sent all documents they required,photo graphic evidence etc but still not good enough,they will try and cancel your policy and eventually will do for no apparent reason.lost my £350 deposit and they’re saying I still owe them £325,NO WAY WILL I BE PAYING THEM ANOTHER PENNY!.
PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT USE THIS WORTHLESS INSURANCE COMPANY.

Be carful every thing will change after you pay deposit. Just pass 14 days than starting asking for the impossible requirements like
You didn’t send anything or they never have your details. The worst company I be ever seen 0👎

I took out a plan with policy plan and 16 days later they cancelled my policy due to lack of information. I sent all the relevant documents off and went on holiday i came back to a letter stating my plan would end in 4 days i then called and resubmit the the documents by email . I then heard nothing until i had a text message saying your plan is be cancelled . I was away in our camper at the time at a remote location (kids school holidays ). I had to walk until i got signal on my phone leaving my wife kids. I then spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get this sorted. Come five o'clock i was fobbed off and told everyone was in a meeting and told i would be emailed or text to tell me if my policy was still going to be cancelled i had nothing. The following morning i called again and was told the policy was cancelled and that i owed £190 . They said i lost the £90 i paid up front and had to now pay £190 due to the policy being cancelled (a bit steep for 16 days insurance ) . I insured with another insurer within the hour no problems . I now have a long drawn out case with courts....

This company is a complete scam and i would avoid at all cost .

They are a SCAMMING, MONEY GRABBING company!

Paid a deposit, to which they cancelled because I hadn’t given over enough ‘evidence’ of my vehicles and where they are parked, however I gave them everything they asked for and only after they had cancelled my original traders insurance they told me I needed something else!
So I stupidly assumed this was just a mistake, I didn’t get my money back for the first deposit, so I had to pay another deposit, and send off all of the proof all over again!

BIG MISTAKE!

They almost cancelled my insurance FOUR TIMES for various different reasons which were all unnecessary, constantly asking for proof of trading, and photographic evidence which was hard at times as they were often in the garage being fixed up and they didn’t see this as a reasonable explanation to why the car was not parked at the location it’s registered at.

I then had MY PERSONAL CAR STOLEN!
After weeks and weeks they REFUSED to pay out!
Now I am out of pocket £4,000!
They have done everything to try and not pay out, and I’ve given up!

This company will do anything to get YOUR MONEY.That is all they care about.

As soon as little problems start happening you question them, you call them to ask what’s happening, you try to figure out what you’re even paying for at this point, and then they will transfer your call over and over again to get to the ‘right person’ but it literally goes in circles.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DREADFUL COMPANY!!!!!
