Policy plan is the worst insurance company on the market. Their intentions are to take your payment in full then find ways to attempt to cancel your insurance. I have had nothing but trouble and grief with this company. Avoid at all cost. I regret going for this incompetent company because it was the cheaper option.

if i could i would rate this insurance company -10000 not 1 star what a joke

after taking a motor trade policy out with this company (policy plan) all was well until they decided to cancel because of my no claims discount witch they had but told me was not prof.

so to restart the policy i had to pay another £800 and resend no claims discount witch was the same as the first one, surprise surprise it was good enough

reported them to finical ombudsman who thought that that was acceptable

i would highly recommend staying away from this company nothing but a load of thefting ares wipes

Please avoid this company. Absolutely dissappointed with Policy plan for cancelling the policy without a reason. Worse thing is that they have charged us and deducted nearly £400 for using the insurance 3 weeks. As we pay the annual fee at once for our motor trade insurance I was told that £400 pounds will be deducted and to get the refund it will take 6-8 weeks. So annoyed now as I have to insure with someone else and wont even be able to pay now because of the delay with the refund.
When the policy was taken out we were rushed to pay the amount in full within that day in order to avoid interest which was ridiculous. When I asked them why it will take that long for money to be refunded I had a very rude reply.

Please please please research enough before you go ahead with policy plan. I have had insurance for motor trade for years and have never had such a horrible experience.

Absolutely useless, although these guys provide "Goods in transit" for a cheap ( Ish) price, it is not worth the paper its written on and they will not even speak to the holder of the policy and simply refer you back to the broker.

Customer service is horrendous !!!

Avoid it's just another way of robbing not a genuine insurance underwriter, 3 times in 9 months of policy keep trying to find ways to cancel policy so best is to cut the losses and cancel before they leave you stranded.

They are cheap in price and in service.

Working hand in hand with Peacock Insurance Services you will be treated like a criminal once they have taken your money, excuses will be made to cancel your insurance and a large portion of your money will be kept leaving you uninsured, this practice should be illegal if not already, avoid this company at all costs as you will seriously regret it if not, SIMPLY PUT THEY ARE CROOKS!

Insured my 8 seater minibus for 2 years then 2 month before the 3rd year is up decided it was too much of a risk n left me with no insurance

Like the other reviews say avoid this company, they took my money for my taxi insurance and then cancelled my policy despite the director of my firm sending them FOUR letters as my proof of experience! Avoid them at all costs!

Avoid this insurance company at all costs if you can. They will provide you the cheapest quote, but you will be treated like a suspect once they have your money. They've just cancelled my policy after asking for several proofs to do with my business. Everything was in order, so in the end the reason given was that they believed I apparently had a secondary job in TV (which was like 10yrs ago). Apparently they don't insure people that work as TV professionals. The company was not interested in hearing my explanation and just cancelled the policy. Absolute nightmare!
