Olru Andrie and his mate made a botch delivery of my new front door.

Once they confirmed I was the delivery address one of them holding the door quite literally took a run up the drive and heard a ‘crack’ as he hit the door frame under the fan light, undeterred he made a second crack as he hit the frame of the storm door fan light.

I stopped him he would have crashed into the original plaster arch in the hallway where he promptly dropped the door on its corner for a third crack as it hit the floor.

All this time with his colleague watching on shoving a delivery tablet in my face to sign.

No pre phone call, no manners, no courtesy or respect shown. They were in and gone in 30 seconds.

Once I checked the packaging scuff marks and damage were clearly viable as it’s been dragged round the warehouse.

Considering how well it was packed on the corners of the door, the Proovia warehouse and delivery team have dragged centimeters (not millemeters) of padding away of packaging on the corners so it’s highly likely the wood has been burred.

The load couldn’t have been secured during transit as there are chips and tears in various parts of the packaging where it’s snagged on something

Fed back to Proovia who have done nothing apart from apologise.

Total shambles - I hope you are more lucky than me.
