I’m a legacy Quicken user since the early 1990s. I hate the fact that you have moved to a subscription-based service that requires annual payments to manage my personal finances. I love the product, b... See more

I’ve been a customer for over 30 years…
I’ve been a customer for over 30 years using your product. Yet, I have only seen minor improvements to the product that do not justify the price increases. No customer loyalty and it seems your company is more interested in profits verses customers satisfaction. I’m more than lucky going to “cut the cord” soon as the see no vale or benefits going forward. I have sent in my comments before and asked for a reply or to contact me directly for the past 3 years and no response.
Reliable quality product
Been using Quicken for over twenty years. Product has been steadily improving on the Mac platform. Reliable and accurate in tracking cash flow and investments. Reports are in-depth and well designed.
I have been using Quicken for many…
I have been using Quicken for many years and have been very satisfied with the program’s features and capabilities. The reason my name came up now is just that I have downloaded Quicken to a new computer in order to keep using it. Thanks!!
Long time user
My husband first started using Quicken many years ago. I soon followed and have always been satisfied. Quicken makes keeping my bank statements reconciled and my expenditures categorized so easy!
How did I manage before Quicken?
I’ve been a Quicken user for in excess of fifteen years and I could not live without it! I recently used support to change my subscription from one plan to a different plan and the process could not have been made simpler. The peace of mind I get from the total visibility to my finances is worth every penny the (really inexpensive for the value) subscription costs.
Whenever I have had problems
Whenever I have had problems not understanding something and I call tech support they have always answered with the correct fix. They are always very professional.
All I am interested in is a program…
All I am interested in is a program that allows me to keep track of my different accounts, write checks, and balance my account like the old Quicken program and a program that I can purchase and not pay a monthly fee for. I am finished with Quicken and its greedy practices
We have used this for many
We have used this for many, many years and love it
Easy use and create special reports to track transactions
Bad Form By Quicken
1. You don't connect automatically to my bank, and
2. You monetize my and others' data.
always have trouble connecting and/or…
always have trouble connecting and/or downloading from my abanks
Generally Well Designed
I like the general layout of the registers and the option of color coding different types of accounts. BUT I use 36" screens and the display settings in the program cannot scale to accomodate this structure
I do not like the price
I do not, and do not intend to, use a lot of the features that are on this version of Quicken. I find it very expensive for what I do use it for, straight forward balancing of multiple checking accounts. Is there a basic version available? Otherwise, I think this is the last time I am renewing it.
Misleading Information Led to an Unnecessary Upgrade
We had already purchased Quicken Simplifi. The only reason my sister contacted customer support was because she couldn't sign in. Simplifi repeatedly asked for a 16-digit code that was never sent, leaving her unable to access the product.
Instead of helping resolve the login issue, the representative told her that Simplifi was not the same company as Quicken and persuaded her to upgrade to the more expensive Quicken Classic.
The explanation didn't make sense, so I called Quicken myself while simultaneously verifying the representative's statements using ChatGPT and Quicken's own published information. During my call, the representative first claimed that Simplifi doesn't work in a web browser. When I questioned that statement, the explanation changed to, "It works in a web browser, but not all the functions are available."
At that point, we had received multiple contradictory explanations from Quicken representatives. Rather than helping us access the product we had already purchased, the conversation repeatedly shifted toward selling us a more expensive product.
We never wanted Quicken Classic. We simply wanted assistance accessing our Simplifi subscription. Instead, we were given inconsistent information that undermined our confidence in Quicken's sales and customer support.
If your representatives are going to recommend one product over another, they should do so by accurately explaining the differences—not by making statements that change when questioned. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Quicken's sales or customer support.

I have used Quicken for many years. Anytime that have had a problem they have been able to quickly resolve the problem.
Terrible customer service!!wote you an email about 10 days ago…
I wote you an email about 10 days ago about CANCELING my subscription. I have still not gotten an answer, and you made me pay for something I don’t use. When can I expect to hear from Quicken?
I've been using Quicken for about 30…
I've been using Quicken for about 30 years and I love it. The only thing I would improve on is the speed of importing transactions. Downloading the transactions is not the problem. Once I hit "Save" it takes a few seconds to finish. Maybe it's because my database is large and I will have to live with that.
Reliable.. Has used for 30+years
Have used over 30 years, always reliable..used for both business, personal and now in retirement years find it still to be useful...
