Helpful staff
The TV we requested was not available on the day we visited but the staff were happy for it to b in the shop the next day which it was by lunchtime. The staff were very helpful and put it into the boot of our car for us to take away.

Had a budget and the assistant manager, apologies can't remember his name (purchased a couple of weeks ago in my defence 😁), helped us immensely with a custom made package.
He then let us hear the pieces in the sound room.
Excellent service and would recommend to anyone. Do not go to the likes of Curry's you won't get the same treatment. They also offer 6 yr guarantee, no extra charge.

Online ordering issue
I had an issue with ordering, click and collect, via the website, I contacted my local store (Middlesbrough) the issue was immediately resolved and the item was ready to collect by noon the next day.

Customer Service Par Excellence
Was given very good advice over the phone by a member of the Middlesbrough store staff, namely Stuart, and subsequently at the store itself. The item I purchased (Yamaha RS202D stereo receiver) is a vast improvement on my previous Pioneer amp/tuner that recently broke down/met its end.
Stuart also took the time to answer a query I had regarding connecting up the receiver correctly after it had been delivered.
The customer service from Richer Sounds could not be bettered.

The 2 members of staff gave me great advice and information on the turntable I was looking for.
They saved me money as they advised I didn’t need 1 feature I was looking for.
