Great service
Easy to order online. In reflection, phoned to change delivery to the next day. Promptly changed and the product arrived the next day with no extra charge as this was the first time buying from you online. Great headphones too.

Sound experience
The price was comparable or better than other outlets. Having the option of different payment options is good, but when mine was created twice was slightly distressing but give Richer Sounds their due this was sorted out very quickly 😀 (still don't know if they caused the problem or I did.)
When all is done the turntable and speaker have been in regular use and sound great.

The Hifi bundles were great
The Hifi bundles were great. It took the legwork out of getting a good system together for someone who isn't already "in the know". Excellent delivery experience. The courier was precise and communicative.
