Was recommend to use this company. Cant fault it in any way. I have bought 2 tvs in the last 6 months and they have came pretty quick. I like the fact that the tvs have 6yrs warranty with them.

Hard to say exactly why my purchase…
Hard to say exactly why my purchase from Richer sounds was great to be honest. But the fact that the ordering of my new telly was smooth with a very competitive price cannot be bettered. I had actually already ordered from John Lewis but had to cancel that order due to poor customer service issues. Customer service with Richer Sounds was spot on. Delivery excellent, tracked and informed of delivery to the minute. I can certainly recommend using this company and will definite use them again.

I had a problem with a faulty soundbar
I had a problem with a faulty soundbar, I received a call from Tom the Customer Service Manager - he could not have done more to help resolve the issue, he was determined to right a wrong made by one of his fellow employees. I received a replacement within days - first class customer service, they truly are a Company who care about its customers. I will be back for my next TV.
