Efficient service, good price, great product
Very efficient service, from website, order process to delivery.
My old Celestion active subwoofer had given up the ghost after 20+ years of good service.
Researched a replacement speaker and a supplier. Chose the SVS 1000 pro from Richer sounds and all went very smoothly. The speaker arrived fine in just a few days and is amazing like being in the cinema or at a concert but so clean and clear. One minor gripe is that the shipping company delivered to my neighbour when we were in the house (expecting the delivery).

Unfortunately your delivery company BJS…
Unfortunately your delivery company BJS let you down. The delivery man asked to use my toilet when he had delivered the goods, he covered the floor and walls in water and made a terrible mess. I had to clean the bathroom afterwards. Trail of water and wet footprints across my hall way. I was excited to receive my new TV but this left a very unpleasant feeling.
The actual goods are great and love the new set up, but the delivery experience has left a bitter feeling.
NOTE: Richer sounds have immediately reacted to this review and made contact with me to apologies and to escalate the feedback with the 3rd party delivery company, who have breached policy. Things don’t always go right, that’s life, but Richer have responded well to the situation which I was happy with.

I was extremely concerned to read your comments and I'm so sorry that you had that experience, which has clearly let down what should be an enjoyable purchase.
This is unacceptable of course, and we are investigating urgently with the 3rd party contractor, and have made it abundantly clear in the meantime that the driving teams must adhere to our policy of never asking customers to use their facilities.

Great Honest service about pricing and fast delivery
I purchased some Bowers and Wilkins headphones form Richer Sounds from their website. The delivery was very quick and the headphones themselves are great. The cost on their website and other providers changed a few weeks later and after an email they immediately refunded the difference just as their website suggested and with no fuss at all, just another quick email and it was done.
